3fatcats Avis

So, I ordered this (big blue thing) the hideaway a couple of weeks ago and the guys (we’ve 4 Maine coons) love it. Unfortunately due to what seems like a manufacturing error of not enough glue on the top bit the cardboard unravelled and these guys being as they are thought that was fun to see if they could unravel more.
So… I emailed the company on Sunday. I got a reply a few hours later (on Sunday!) apologising and saying it does look like a manufacturing error and they would get that sorted but in the meantime something needs sorting for our boys. So this has just arrived 2 days later and a refund for the difference and also Kim the owner is emailing a local cat rescue to see if they want to do anything with the imperfect one for their rescue babies. Honestly (and I work in retail so this is saying something) this has to be one of the best, if not the best customer service I’ve had

Rocket, yondu, Loki and wade say thank you very very much

Just brilliant 🤩 I have 3 cats, one a big Maine coon and they all love the scratcher. So much so I had to buy another! Delivered very quickly and excellent quality. They love the cat nip spiders too. Thank you so much.

Brilliant product, head and shoulders better than what else is out there. Looks so lovely in my home. My only issue is my cats love it so much, they keep fighting over it ha ha. Great company and excellent delivery too. Thank you 3fatcats

my parcel was well packaged. I was able to track my parcel from the beginning of the transaction. Receipts emailed promptly. The trio of scratch steps are sturdy and perfect for our 4 cats. Would really recommend 3 Fat Cats.

Excellent furniture, long lasting and the cats love it. The little touches of a bag of catnip and a chocolate bar for the humans were appreciated.

Speedy shipping, amazing quality scratcher. My cats love it and it's big enough to fit my giant Maine Coons, no small feat!

Great service. Delighted with how easy purchase was. Service was excellent.

Easy ordering and payment….order arrived quickly, efficiently and well packed I hope to make further purchases in the future.

Lovely little dishes even though they are seconds they are fab

This is my 3rd order with 3 fat cats over the years. I really can't recommend them enough. They are a decent size that actually fit our cats (unlike copies found elsewhere), our two love them and have never scratched anything around the home. They also have lasted well, much longer than cheaper alternatives so I feel they are good value for money. Any quests we had to our home have said how cool the 'Supreme' is, it looks like a funky piece of art. The latest order is for christmas, it arrived well packaged a few days after ordering with great updates and tracking. A lovely company to buy from I can't recommend enough.

3fatcats are always so nice, friendly and helpful. They are prompt with deliveries and products are well packaged. Our cats love their furniture and it always lasts so well.

Amazing cat furniture bed, our cat immediately loved it. Great quality and super fast delivery.
