The interface is terrible as the questions provide no context and there isn’t a reasonable way to go back to previous to revise once context is revealed.

Upon completion, the templates have typos and are generally incorrect.

Easy to use, just answer the questions and forms are generated.

I have to say, everything was pretty much laid out in a simple process. The one part that was difficult was in changing the county to file in but, after sending an email message, that too was fixed expediently. Good thing, too, since learning something else about the county I’m able to file in also requires residency for a period of time. Now, I need to reprint everything and change the county again. Oh well, all part of the learning curve. Thank you

I was unable to use the service because the Clerk of Court in my parish was difficult. I was SO pleased with the way the company handled it. They issued me a full refund and were very kind about the whole situation. I would recommend anyone to work with this company because they stand behind their name! Great experience!

It was fairly easy to fill out but I couldn't print it. Just a waste of time and money for me

This company promised a refund if the court doesn’t accept the documents. The documents that were provided to me were not even close to what the court needed, and now after several weeks I can’t get a response from them to refund my $300. This is a scam and you should go through a local company that offers no-contest divorces instead of trying to do it yourself with a company that’s just trying to rip you off like this one is.

We downloaded our paperwork on a late Friday evening completed it and submitted it to the court next Tuesday morning. We only needed one question answered and the response was given within a day. The instructions were very thorough and easy to understand.
In our particular situation our divorce was uncontested, we had no shared property or finances so it was pretty straightforward. It may be a bit more time consuming for others with property or assets but the info and explanations are available just take the time and go step-by-step. 3 Steps!!
$300 for the paperwork, $300 for notary and court filings, WA state, $600 total. Cheapest and quickest divorce. Highly recommend!

When I went to file divorce, my documents were not accepted. The clerk even asked me where I got the documents from because they didn't match what they used. I've tried to call, but always get a busy signal.

There is no customer support!!! Terrible.. no email returns.. cant. Even talk to anyone on the phone...

This is great but i need a little more explanation with the part where you print the documents. there are a lot I don't know if i print out all or some??

Filing instructions are horrible and incorrect. It doesnt make the process any easier. I had to look everything up myself. They basically just rip you off and is a total scam. Its a waste of money. Now after wasting $300, Im going to have to spend money on a lawyer to actually get the job done.

Terribly confusing and a lot of unneeded paperwork. I had to go with a lawyer.

I used 3 Step Divorce in New York State for an uncontested divorce without dependent children. The questions were quick and easy, and the printed copies arrived promptly. The filing instructions were clear and correct. I was missing a couple of notices required to be served with the papers, but the county clerks office provided the correct ones. My divorce was granted without any problems in 3 weeks. I saved thousands of dollars on lawyers fees! Highly recommend this tool.
