I wish I could give them a 0 star. I tried to pay the second payment and they never took it out. I kept calling and emailing but they never could help me just make the payment. I never even used the paperwork because my ex filed it. Oh, and on top of it, the paperwork is free! I didn’t even need to buy any paperwork or use this company. Well, now I’m pregnant and recently in a position where I unexpectedly have nothing again so I can’t pay it. They had their chance many times to take the money. I just wish I could go back in time and never get this useless service.

This service is worthless
This service is worthless. The documents that they generate are not even legitimate enough to be accepted by the courts. At least not in the state of Nevada. Do not use this platform. Instead go to your court and just ask for the paperwork. Your local court makes it simple and you’ll save 100’s if not 1000’s of dollars on this kind of BS!

My only regret is waiting so long to use 3StepDivorce. The ease in acquiring the needed documents to file. The ability to skip questions and return to them after I got the correct information was very helpful. And most importantly was the explanation of each question along with why that question was asked and why it might be needed.

I attempted multiple times to contact the company, and after paying for the filing help as well as the forms, on top of paying the filing fee, have received no information from them in regards to the status of my order. Their phones never answer and they do not respond to emails.

Not easy. Find a real lawyer.
So this is basically a glorified to do list. You have to do all the filings and take all your own time. It isn't as straightforward as "1,2,3." I guarantee that's a lawyer who is nearly as affordable who will do everything for you. Plus, if your want your money back you have to prove that you did everything in their check list to get it. If you're willing to go through all the hassles to save yourself $100 and you like going through endless pieces of paperwork that you also have to figure out where to file, then go for it. Otherwise, okay the small extra money for someone who will do it right.

Do not recommend. They offered free printing and mail service for those without a printer. When I requested the service they offered they told me they are backed up and could take a month. I said that was unacceptable and requested a refund which they refused. Terrible company that does not stand by their word.

Unfortunately, we are currently experiencing a high demand for printing requests and have a delay of 2-4 weeks. Printing requests are handled once a week in the order received. Waste of money!! All it does is charge you 300 give you the paperwork that you can get from the court for free! You still have to do everything yourself. Not worth it. Wish I knew before wasting my money

this was a completely unnecessary step. you can go down to the court house and get the divorce paperwork for free and pay to file them right then and there without the extra 300 cost of this "service" its a scam.
