4D Planning was set up to help home owners, property developers, business owners and architects to obtain planning permission for all development types. We offer full architectural services in-house for planning, building regulations for building control and also drawings for construction. We have in-house chartered town planners/ planning consultants and we have a track record of successful planning applications around the UK but mainly in Greater London and Greater Manchester areas. The firm has grown rapidly over the past 17+ years boasting hundreds of successful planning and architectural projects around the UK, specifically in London and Manchester. Many of them are featured on the 4D Planning website. The team currently consists of 8-9 in-house professionals and 6 external consultants with a range of expertise. These include: Architectural Designers, Chartered Town Planners/ Planning Consultants, Transport Planner, a Heritage and Conservation Consultant, Building Control Specialists and CAD Technicians. Supporting the 4D Planning team are an extensive network of professional specialists who step in when required. These specialists include: Arboricultural Surveyors, Flood Risk Consultants, Structural Engineers, Sustainability Consultants, Acoustic Surveyors, Daylight/Sunlight Surveyors, Partywall Surveyors and many others. 4D Planning have experience taking on a diverse range of projects, from small loft conversions, rear extensions to conversion of 40,000sqft. of office blocks to 70+ flats, extensions and alterations to listed buildings, construction of mega basements, new build homes, new build blocks of flats, restaurants, trampoline park, hotels, embassies and many more. We had couple of planning applications both of which were approved without much fuss. Elie is very helpful when it comes to discussing the cases and he certainly has the knowledge and the experience too. I highly recommend them for all planning matters.

Excellent service
Excellent service, very knowledgeable and great communication throughout. 4D Planning assisted in securing planning permission for an extension to the rear of my house and loft conversion.
Elie & his team have worked extremely efficiently, listened to my concerns and incorporated any suggestions in the design. Elie made the process seem very easy and quick, resulting in a successful outcome - highly recommended.

4D Planning produced the drawings I needed for a roof terrace extension, and then managed the planning permission application. Very pleased with the service: the drawings were exactly as needed; Elie and his team where responsive to emails and generally helpful throughout; and pricing was transparent and reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

We hired Elie and his team for to file a roof extension pre application with the council. The application resulted in clear feedback from the council.
Elie and his team worked in a collaborative manner and were responsive. Pricing of Planning 4D was also reasonable

Fantastic team, service & successful application
Elie and his team were so fantastic from start to finish - super responsive, efficient and helpful. They gave such great advice on everything from the design that would give us the best chance of success to how to deal with objections and when to chase the planning officer. And in the end all of their work paid off as we were successful in our application. We are so pleased to have found 4d planning and will definitely work with them again in the future. Thank you Elie!

4D planning did some drawings and volume calculations for us. I was amazed with the speed these guys done the work. Elie was always replying to my emails same or next day, sometimes even outside of working hours. Very pleased with their work and experience overall. Will definitely use them again and would highly recommend to all my friends.
