4D Planning Avis

We used 4D Planning to help SUCCESSFULLY navigate the unknown of a planning appeal against Richmond council. I like to penny pinch, but it was clear from the offset and in speaking with James, that it could be a minefield for someone lacking experience in this quite niche process. They were open and informative throughout and ultimately got us the result we wanted. They were fantastic. Thanks so much James and 4D Planning!!!

Timely service and provided the relevant drawings as requested

I had a application rejected and 4D planning resubmitted for me and got it passed. I would highly recommend.

Efficient service with positive outcome

Great service, great team - very professional, knowledgeable, communicative and hard working. Pleasure to work with!

I found 4D Planning's details on Waltham Forest's website. From the time i contacted them to when my planning application was submitted. The service i got was top notch. I would recommend 4D Planning any family and friends because i know they will give their best.

We received an excellent service from 4D Planning for the planning permission application of Turkish Consulate in Manchester. Elie and his team are professional and solution-oriented. We highly recommend 4D Planning.

First time working with Elie Osborne. We identified the path for a successful application and he executed the strategy perfectly, which led to a successful outcome. This was not a straightforward application however due to his professionalism he was able to provide great guidance. Thank you Elie

Very helpful in getting our planning dispute resolved to our satisfaction. Elie always responded promptly to phone call regarding our application and was very professional throughout the process.

Our first time using a planning consultant to help apply for retrospective planning permission from a local council for a shop front revamp. Not only did we succeed with the application but the process was made simple for us throughout instead of daunting as we feared. Our consultant Elie was always friendly, attentive and professional with excellent communication skills. If you require a planning consultancy with reasonable fees that will look after you, then I highly recommend this company.

Working with the 4d planning team; especially Elie, has been a pleasure. We had a slightly contentious planning application and the team managed to get this secured 1st time. He was honest at the outset that we might have difficulties but gave me confidence that they were the right team for the job. Have used many architects before but for developers and investors, having in house planning consultants and architects has been brilliant. Will definitely be using again in the future.

I can't thank Elie and his team enough for all the help they gave me. They were so patient with me, I couldn't be happier finally getting the perfect outcome with my Change of Use.
Would highly recommend

Having had a poor experience with another firm, I was delighted to receive such excellent service and care from Elie at 4D. He inspired confidence immediately and made the whole planning application process very straightforward, keeping me updated throughout.
Would highly recommend.

Professional service done quickly and effectively. Good communication and always available to respond via phone/email in good time. Successful planning application achieved.

I found these guys from a Google search. They combine the design and the planning under one roof which I wanted. They are really easy to deal with and are fair on fees. Other planners I tried weren't confident I would get a planning permission but they were and I got the permission eventually. So I'm very pleased and would highly recommend them.

Elie and his team offered a professional and cost effective service.
We aren’t easily pleased but felt obliged to write after our several interactions.
I would happily recommend them to friends and family.

We have recently received planning permission for the proposed two storey extension to our house. Our experience of using 4D Planning as the architects for this project has been extremely positive. They progressed our planning application as speedily as possible and always replied promptly to our queries. We are total novices in terms of the building world and have had the process explained to us fully at each stage. We have found 4D Planning to be very approachable and user friendly and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

I had a great and stress free experience using Elie at 4D planning to get my application approved for an outdoor gym.

I used the service of 4D Planning to get me a permission from Westminster Council to add a basement to a town house in a conservation area near Hyde Park London W2. It was a very challenging experience giving the number of objections from neighbours and complying with all the UDP policies but throughout the process 4D dealt with it in extreme professionalism and managed to secure the full planning permission. They kept me inform with the progress step by step and offered alternative solutions to any problem faced.
Extremely satisfied with the service, will use their service again in the very near future and would highly recommend them.

I was dealt with with politeness clarity and promptness.
My questions were answered and queries and concerns dealt with without delay by 4D planning.
I considered the application to be very clear and accurate.

I was very pleaded with the service I received
