The 4D Planning team have been remarkable, coming to my aid quickly, efficiently, and knowledgably, to lodge a retrospective planning application.
Within the first week of contact, I had a telephone meeting with a Planning Consultant to explain my situation, then an appointment was made for a lovely Architectural Technician to do a site visit for photographs and measurements for their design. They met all their proposed timescales and provided very detailed drawings and report. They provided professional advise and I am extremely pleased that our application was approved outright at the first Planning Meeting it was presented to.
