We offer full architectural services in-house for planning, building regulations for building control and also drawings for construction. We have in-house chartered town planners/ planning consultants and we have a track record of successful planning applications around the UK but mainly in Greater London and Greater Manchester areas. The firm has grown rapidly over the past 16+ years boasting hundreds of successful planning and architectural projects around the UK, specifically in London and Manchester. Many of them are featured on the 4D Planning website. The team currently consists of 8 in-house professionals and 6 external consultants with a range of expertise. These include: Architectural Designers, Chartered Town Planners/ Planning Consultants, Transport Planner, a Heritage and Conservation Consultant, Building Control Specialists and CAD Technicians. Supporting the 4D Planning team are an extensive network of professional specialists who step in when required. Very good advise and a successful objection
Very good advise from Dan and the planning objection letter drafted and submitted was detailed. This lead to planning permission to the conversion of the house next-door to my mothers house into flats being rejected.
The process of using 4D was very easy and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
