Awful consumer experience. Happy to take your money. I have left 3 requests for call back, 3 emails and 1 IM/Chat. Product arrived damaged, soiled and missing instructions on the food packets. When business retracts, they 4Patriots will suffer. Sales hide their sins.

I placed an order on Oct 5. The same day I canceled the order via email to customer support and I was not able to reach them by telephone or via the 24/7 Live Chat. I attempted on multiple days to call or live chat to confirm cancellation of my order and was never able to reach the company and never received a call back as requested multiple times. Despite my attempts to cancel the product was shipped to me. I have now been trying to reach the company to get return shipping authorization with no success. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company in hope of getting the company to respond.

After getting the Better Business Bureau involved, they finally credited me back the $40 overcharge on 10/17/24. Be cautious when using them. It seems they are so short handed in all aspects of their business that they can't handle what they have. My shipments are arriving Monday 10/21/24. Will see if they are accurate.

Placed order for the 3 month supply of survival food, initial order for $697. After they kept trying to up sell me they offered a 30 day supply of the emergency food bars for $99. I accepted that offer and was instantly charged $139, so a $40 overcharge. I took screen shots of my order reference numbers and the offer of the bars for $99. I immediately emailed their help*4patriots email requesting a $40 refund along with the screen shots as proof on 10/14/24 with no response other than a canned email that they are busy and would get to me asap. I called their customer service today and waited on hold 10 minutes before putting in my number for a call back, still nothing. Tried their live chat, nothing more than a bot. My next step is to dispute the charge for the product and I have the proof to get my money back. I sure wish I would have did my research before ordering from this company. Their reviews as a whole are horrible.

My sidekick generator new out of the box wouldnt charge with solar panel but it did charge super fast with AC outlet but the plug was so hot i had to remove it from the outlet with oven mitt. I texted customer service and they said thats due to fast charging, no fire issues. Then our hurricane hit and my big bubba 1800 was at 99% battery. I was so confident and i was charging my phone and then made 2 of the kcups with our ninja coffee maker and the power dropped to empty battery symbol over a 9 minute period. I called support and they were going to give my replacments but I've not heard a thing, the phone hold line hangs up on you at the 60 min mark, theres no replies to my emails. I've lost confidence in this company and all the products are made in China.

Customer service is a joke. I got my order yesterday but it only contained water filters, no water filter system at all. I emailed, got no answer. Can’t get to a person on chat. I have spent a couple of hours on hold. I’m scared to use the call back feature as I doubt I’ll get a call back. Can someone please help me? No more money is going to be spent at your business. Can someone please help. Your call volumes can’t be this high.

They got my orders to me right away, even a backorder was only delayed by a week.
The only item I ordered that I'm not happy with are the unhealthy food bars. The first ingredient is vegetable shortening.
I would like to see more gluten free and corn free options for those like me who have sensitive bodies. Potato starch works the same as corn starch.

This company Wow terrible! I have been leaving messages for days with auto call back that no one calls back on and emails and such! I ordered a product on 1 Oct 2024, it said it was delivered to the mail office on 9 Oct 2024. It's not at post office or where ever the bogus tracking data sent it to and now I cant get a live body on the phone to save my @ss!
If anyone has seen order # 670198 tracking # 9400111206211442648109. Give me a call, because these folks pretty much have ripped me off at this point!

4Patriots offers a lot of products from food to devices. I have purchased both. The food says it can last up to 25 yrs and follows all of the protocols to make that happen if you store them in a cool dry place.
The devices are often expensive but are of high value and if you wait for a 'sale' you can get the price lower.
Also, the catalogs usually come with a $25 gift card which is very useful.

Tried to cancel during order process. Followed all the time rules. Chat function did not work. Emails not returned.

They claim to be a family company. Could be - not much of a business.

And they must have issues - the only order I have ever placed on the web where the delivery company needed to take a picture of the item on my porch.

Edit: they sent the two missing kits and they arrived today!

We ordered the buy one, get two free food kits. We received the one, but never received the two free kits. They refuse to answer phone calls or emails.

I’m having the same experience as Virginia. I ordered the solar generator package and got no confirmation or receipt even though my credit card has been charged. I sat on hold until they hung up on me because the lines were too busy. The “live chat” is a bot, I couldn’t get a live person. I emailed a couple of days ago but haven’t gotten a response. Hoping this will help.

I have been trying to contact this company since I received my order via all the means of customer contact. I received my order poorly taped and one of the products was missing.

Ordered water filter , never arrived, tried to contact t get automated email tried to call left me on hold. They take money but I am unable to get it back

I ordered the 1800 +sidekick pkge 5 days ago. My Amex was charged. I never received a confirmation # or shipping/tracking info. I emailed and was told to call cust service. I’ve called 4x, sat on hold each time for and hour each time, then chose the call back option. Have never gotten a call back I them emailed 3 more times with no response. I’m sitting AGAIN on hold as we speak! I’m very close to reporting my charges as fraudulent with am ex!

Received half my order…the least expensive part of the order. ABSOLUTELY ZERO customer support. Called THREE times. A total of over Two hours waiting for someone to pick up the phone. NO calls back from their automated system. NONE. You know, the…”You won’t lose your place in line” BS. Even called at 8:00am CST and immediately went into their BS automated systems telling me about how high their call volume is, and how sorry they are for the inconvenience…BLA, BLA, BLA. Again, NO call back all day! Emailed them and immediately received automated email back that was meaningless! There “24 hour Live Chat” is total BS as well. It’s a BOT SESSION…and a POOR ONE, at that. They have this scam set up real good. And if this isn’t a scam then I have some advice to whatever IDIOT is running this company…CHANGE YOUR BUSINESS PROCESS because what you are doing IS NOT WORKING! And, if you’re that busy because of the “HIGH DEMAND” for your product, THEN HIRE MORE PEOPLE…HELLO, MCFLY, ANYONE IN THERE? Stop spending so much money on your TV commercials and hire more people…you know, to pick up the phone and tell people what’s going on with their orders. BECAUSE WHAT YOU’RE DOING NOW, LOOKS LIKE A TOTAL SCAM!

I ordered on 10-3-24. then they had a special for a solar panel for 297 with tax it should have been 317. they charged my card 531 for the solar panel. i called after an hour they hung up. i also said they had not sent me order conformations. next day i goy order conformations just not fixed ones. so i emailed back to cancel both orders. NO response. i gave them a couple days. no response. i called Another hour and hang up. chat hour no response. emailed again no response... what the heck . I wish i had seen this site first.. my card will help me now. i have pictures and dates and times. cancel my orders....

I did finally get to talk to two people. That was 6 days of trying to get a response. The second one really helped me, and explained where and what was going on. I will not order anything else advertised on Facebook.
