These radios are just the right size, great volume (especially since my hearing is shot). Received timely, and so darn easy to use. Opened up the box, turned on radios and WALA called my wife and it was immediate. Bought 6 of these jewels for my family. Thank you, looking forward to years of use…5 stars all the way

They told me these would work up to 30 miles offshore, I purchased for boating, doesn’t even work 15 miles out. Don’t waste your money if that is why you are interested. Also never knew that there was a $50 annual fee, when year is up guess they’ll get 86ed.

Lucas in customer service was a huge help—truly outstanding support. He handled everything with common sense and didn’t waste time going back and forth. When there’s an issue, they take care of it, plain and simple.

At just $50 per year per radio, it’s hard to beat—honestly cheaper than my monthly cellphone bill. I’ve even been on vacation in Kentucky and was still able to communicate with my crew back in Georgia with crystal-clear quality.

I absolutely love using Rapid for business. We’ve also taken the radios on family trips to stay connected at theme parks, and they work great every time.

Love, rapid radio got a couple of them for buddies while we were doing security with different companies that were on the same site as us we now use them just as friends some of them use them still for work. We all have them linked to each other as we have base units handheld love them when we’re out in the woods and have no cell service they come in great.

The products are great but what makes the company great are the customer care people. Joey Fritz is one of those people.I have spent many phone calls with her and she has solved all of my issues. Thank You Joey!!!

I purchased 6 radios last year and was very haapy with the service AND customer service. I have an excavation/trucking company and these always performed with no problems. I bought 4 more radios this month and called customer service a few times. My last call was with Haily, who helped me sync one of the older radios to my account. Also, I needed some antenas for the older radios, which were shipped out immediatly at no charge. I highly recommend these radios not only for the clarity and performance, but the customer service team is quick to resolve your problem and make it right.

These little radios are very impressive and the service is great.

Rapid Radios are a MUST HAVE! Prepare yourself and family not just for the future but when reception is scarce in areas and you need to maintain contact. The radios are crystal clear and Cody - customer service is Exceptional! The features allow you to be in several different groups (family, work) to keep conversations separate and even select one person to respond to within a group. The waterproof accessories and portability of the rapid radios is second to none. I am really excited about the solar charger they also now have as an accessory and the new rugged radio with wifi additional backup.

Hailey was amazing to work with. She worked with me to get exactly what our business needed and quickly. Will definitely purchase from this company again.

Started with two radios tried them from Oklahoma to Florida and Oklahoma to West Texas and New Mexico with absolutely no issues and had a 4 day battery life.

i order 2 radios the new rad1 last week. they still have not shipped them and wont return my emails. ive sent 3 emails in 2 days.if this is how they do things maybe ill just keep using hytera radios. at least they get here fast. and by the way rapid radios is not the only company without a monthly fee. hytera radios only charge once a year too.

Purchased 6 of these radios to keep in touch with friends and family. Often we travel to remote locations for trout fishing and our current cell provider does not have service but we can hop on another carrier with these radios and communicate miles away. I leave one home with my wife so if she needs anything she can contact us quickly (PS - Got her the pink cover LOL). Great product came configured right out of the box.

I have owned my Rapid Radios for a few years now, and I absolutely love them.

Originally, I purchased them for snowboarding and skiing trips but living in South Florida where we are prone to hurricanes, makes them even more important. Fortunately, we haven’t had to use them for that, but just knowing we have a way to potentially communicate with family members, both in state and out of state is very comforting.

In terms of customer service, I have to say that the Rapid Radios’ team is fantastic and specifically, Patsy M.!!!! I had a few connectivity issues recently, and although it could have been unrelated to the radios themselves and instead, a problem with the local cell towers since it was during long range communications, the company didn’t hesitate to send out replacements immediately.

That is not just a statement of how much they care about their customers having the ability to stay in touch with each other, it is an obvious example of their great service and how much they care about their name and goodwill.
