I left my 2 radios in the rain. Rapid Radios said they are water resistant, not waterproof when I contacted them. The devices no longer work and I wanted to know where I could get them serviced, expecting to pay. Rapid Radios DOES NOT service malfunctioning radio devices and you must have purchased their protection package in order to receive a new device. The radio devices are not serviceable. Therefore, my $500 investment is flushed down the toilet.

They don't tell you everything upfront. They NEVER answered any of my emails, although they said they did when I called them. Then I returned merchandise, 6 radios (5 were gifts) and 1 solar charger. I got a "partial refund". Again, they didn't answere my email. Then they stopped answering the phone and never returned my call. They charge $50 to $100 per phone, per year in order to use them. I didn't know that when I ordered them. Although they are not a accredited with BBB, I filed a complaint for others to read (I am not the only one either). Then I saw all the negative reviews. Wish I would have researched before I ordered. I am left without a total refund. The onle email I received is when they got my return advising od a partial refund without even an explanation. Very Unsatisfied customer. I have been dealing with this since I ordered the radios in Dec.

Your company told me that they have replyed to every email I sent it, yet I received 1 email and that's the one that shows partial refund information. I explained all my concerns in my letter with the return. All but 1 person that I spoke to were not to friendly either. I have a copy of the letter and all me emails. It was strange that the ONLY response I got in writing from Rapid Radios was the return partial refund and I said that in my letter. I have only received 1 email from your company and find that so strange. Why did all other response not make it? Strange. I saw 2 different commercials aired. One reason I bought the radios was because it advertised when all communication goes out your emergency radio will work. Misleading that no cell towers are needed. Heck, my cell phone would work just as good and there woukd be no need for the radios and I, let alone the ones I bought the radios for, are willing to pay between $50 to $100 a year PER radio. For those reasons, not replying to any of my emails and the unfriendly phone calls is the whole reason I decided not to keep them. Why would I have names of the people I talked to be in my last email that I sent.
I learned a lesson the hard way. Research first.

Working with Rapid Radios totally refunded me. The Lady I was working with made it happen, which I wasn't expecting but a very nice surprise and outcome. Makes it much easier to positively review them.

Although I do not agree with the yearly simcard charge of $50 per radio, Rapid Radio was able to work with our company to adjust the price in order to help us with the fee, which we appreciate. A lot of companies these days would not have even considered it. Thank you

Radios work awesome, even in the woods where my phone does not. Called customer support Patrick was stellar at handling my issue. I have both the handheld and base station. Both devices are extremely durable, lightweight, and have great sound quality. They have several useful features such as multi group monitoring, 1-1 talk, and alert mode. Overall, I'm very pleased!

I can't say enough, what a great Customer Service and what a great Technical Staff Rapid Radios have. From initial phone call to the receipt of my radio was faster than I could imagine. What all companies should strive for. Thank you Rapid Radios.

First of all, their products work incredibly well and exactly like they advertise. Secondly, their customer support is wonderful. The small hiccup that was experienced was quickly taken care of by their support team.

They work very well. Simple enough for my 10 year old granddaughter to operate. They feel very solid. Batteries don't appear to last 5 days as advertised, maybe because we leave them powered up? No complaints, and would recommend to anyone that asked.

Wow these are fantastic. I love them . I sent one to my sister who lives in Illinois and it sounded like she was in the next room. They are great. I ordered 2 sets. They came in fast. If your looking for great radios get these. They are number 1.

Radios themselves are sub par at best. Definitely not water proof or resistance. Company themselves have very very poor customer service. No matter what rapid radio company tells you there is a 50$ a year fee for this service. 0/10 stars will not do business with.

I was having an issue with one of my radio handsets that i could not resolve myself and had to call customer service. I spoke to Kelsey who was able to solve my problem. She was very polite and knowlegeable. She was also able to answer some additional questions that i had. It's nice be satisfied with a customer service agent and not aggrevated by them as it all too often is

Great Customer Service from Natalie! We Love these radios, we started out with just 2 and now have 6. We use them in our Oversize/Overweight trucking business, and they work very good everywhere we go. We have always been able to contact someone with any issues we have had and are always taken care of in a timely manner!

These radios are Great! I have had no negative issues with these radios. They work as advertised and the coverage is great. I can talk to my son who lives in another state and my daughter who lives in another county. Easy to program adding new talk groups to the radios for private talk to talk. Customer service was fantastic when I contacted them about adding new groups.
