Great service, swift and efficient.
I was told my bike collection/drop off would be sometime in the morning and expect a call about 30mins before, Dean the delivery driver updated me on his location and that he would be arriving within the allocated drop off time. The whole process was quick and efficient, Dean was polite and helpful which made the exchange simple and stress free.

My experience to date (I'm still mid claim) has been fantastic. The situation is terrible and I wish I didn't have to be making a claim, but in fairness, 4th Dimension have been very efficient, friendly and professional. Today's call with David was a real help in dealing with the situation and navigating the complexities of a claim. Thank you very much to all the team so far.

Friday 10th April 2026
Negligent care, evidence provided by 4th Dimension's own store photos (six sent by Customer Relations Executive) I received 17 April 2025 showed battery was being negligently discharged by leaving the seat open (and fuel filler flap).
Complaint April 2025 was then sent on my behalf to Trinity Lane Insurance Company.
This the damages was later confirmed by Scootec Piaggio, London, sent me by Trinity Lane, the Scootec technologists Report (by their inspection report they had presented directly to Insurance co Trinity Lane June 2025; which, Trinity Lane thereafter subsequently acted further against the insured interest declining their previous offer, and to not repair the MP3 250cc Piaggio First Edition. Subsequently returning the MP3 ten months later April 2026 it returned to me yesterday.
NOT WORKING
NOT WORKING NO SEAT NO BOOT OPENNING and UNTESTED after Trinity Lane Insurance' written REFUSAL to 'THE INSURED' to test in writing last week prior this Easter Gift.
As also refusing in writing to even give it a BATTERY showing no scientific capacity mentally to equip the insured with the wrking opedational machine driven onto their van Friday 21st Nadch 2025 thirteen months ago, a BATTERY the model Piaggio MP3 250cc. FIRST EDITION surely needs to lock the suspension.
4th Dimension Complied To That Volfage Trinity Lane in ignorance or full knowkedge delivered back to The Insured Not Working and no battery abke to be fitted for what follows.

4th Dimension complianace last week to Trinity Lane Insurance Company was to therefore return it to me 'The Insured' without testing, without power (no battery Trinity Lane dictated), plus unreported to me without seat and boot unable to be opened by no electricity and by no mechanical means, damage which was not oresent at Collection Fro 21 March 2025 the day they closed Heathrow Airport due to terrorism.
A set up of total failure of damages not oresent at time of collection thirteen months ago Fri 21 March 2025 estimated damage by Assessments proved damage not present at the Claim Incident Saturday March 15 2025 in which it fell over,
I rode it after that, twenty miles to Spalding without trouble; as I had been instructed personally by Spalding Police Station commissioned of for police officers who group 4 advised me Spring 2023 to change my insurance company takingvnine years No Claims Bonus with me to ride this Piaggio MP3 instead of my usually ridden 1985 Suzuki CS125 and hence to do, and to compiment the Trinity Lane refusal to repair, thereby subsequently to withdraw the claim prior to which I had spent £550 with Toynton Motors to equip & MOT. Estimated sums I spent on it last years more than £800, owned it eleven years and coverred only 10,000 miles since 2015 in whose latter years I used it, and with its numerous latter custom-made hence irreplaceable accessories.
An Ombudsman intervened who is identity hidden,
This '250cc Piaggio 3 Wheeler Mp3' at one point Trinity Lane wrote me May 2025 refering to this MP3 Piaggio 250cc Furst Edition it as:
'Your MOPED."
At this I had formal further complaint complained sent insisting PN07 be taken to Piaggio specialist Scootec Ltd., London, who recorded and sent Report to Trinity Lane Insurance Company showing the machine had no power.
Following a call from Scootec telling me to contact Trinity Lane because Scootec representative phones to tell ne Trinity Lane Insurance Company "had notreplied to us', that so I did annoyed and immediately.
Apart from a turbulent if not entirely untroubled history of staff relations at 4th Dimension going back over years regarding and court procedings, this owner 'The Insured' (Skittles) can it fairly be presented the skills by that who had it was in recorded phone conversation 27 March 2025 this case is representive at least in my own case as fairly described in all parties' resultants.
A Consequental if not entirely uncontested monumental Abhort; to whjch my titl js fair open and honest that damages dkne thru all parties mishandling of the both case and machine.:
'Total Negligent Care' can only fairly understating finally be added if not by amongst worker's or departed seniors tradespeople and 'expert' might claim to really be uncalm troubled waters,

I spoke with David P regarding the initial offer for my motorbike claim. From the outset he was extremely polite, professional and informative. Despite my need to ask repeated questions, David was highly accommodating and patient. I also received an email confirming the main content of our conversation with instructions on how to proceed with any documents which was much appreciated.
Excellent service
I had to log a claim for a fire on my bike. Anita was excellent on the call. She has arranged for the bike to be assessed. Sadly I am not sure yet whether the claim will be accepted, but that's not her fault. Fingers crossed.

Utter shit show no contact all they want is to sign the storage agreement so they get there extra money any updates you have to do all the chasing tell you one thing to get off the line then when you ring the week after it's something different I'll be checking in future who I insure with make sure they don't deal with these idiots
