Excellent Customer Service
Customer service went way above and beyond. Jackie called me the morning after I placed my order to tell me that I had a typo in my credit card information. She also advised me that one of my parts was not available for immediate shipping and wanted to know if I would like to substitute the same item from another manufacturer so that my order would arrive before Christmas. My order was exactly what I wanted and received promptly. Will order from here again from without hesitation. I wish all companies provided this type of service.

Fast Service, No Packing Slip
Bought a new soft top for my Jeep and got a great deal, especially with the rebate that Bestop was offering. The top shipped out quickly and it only took a weekend to get here. The only thing I didn't like was that there was no packing slip in the box, which I needed for the rebate.

good price but....
Ordered an Odyssey battery online, good price and free shipping plus a "promo" card. Asked in the comment area if they could include the spacer that adapts a group 34 to 27. The battery arrived without a spacer so I had to order a $4 part from Odyssey with $11 shipping. Still haven't received or heard word of my "promo" card that was supposed to be part of my deal and it's been over 2 weeks, I'll have to look into that.

No Response from Customer Service
I had a problem with the lights (flickering), sent request for assistance to 4WD customer service (custserv @ 4wd . com), no response after 8 days. I eventually figured out the problem, after rewiring the harness. The root problem was the included wiring harness was for the standard dually (18 AWG wire), not the D2 harness (16 AWG wire). Lights now are great, but thumbs down to Rigid for including the wrong harness, and especially to 4WD for not answering their customer service email.
