Expected More
Ordered a set of tires, wheels with the Mounting and Balancing option, the mounting and balancing was not performed. Although 4WD provided me an account credit for the purchased service, it did not cover the actual cost that I had to incur. Not to mention, the hassle of getting the tires and wheels to and from a repair shop that would do the job. It was a bit tight in my little Bimmer. I just expected a bit more customer service for the added inconvenience. Wheels and Tires are great.

Great experience!
I have always like this company. The price I got on my Super Swamper TSL Bias was the best around and they did a decent job balancing them. I wish they had spent a little more time trying to get the tires to use less weight by rotating the tires a 1/4 turn and re balancing but they still ride as smooth as my BFG all terrains. I know it takes longer but it's the correct way and I would have been willing to pay extra. This is my 4th set of the TSL's and once you own a pair you will never even look at another tire again. Despite what people say when swampers are new and taken care of they ride excellent. I have owned 33" to the 38" BIAS Ply with all great results. Thanks 4WD Hardware for continuing to carry Interco tires!

Horrible service
I ordered a Poison Spyder JK Brawler lite front bumper for my jeep. The picture of the item is NOT what I received. The company refused to help me pay to ship the incorrect item back stating it was my fault for not understanding the description of the item. I expected to get what the picture showed that I ordered from. I will never order from this company again. Completely ruined my Christmas surprise to my husband.
