Great company
I had two good experiences with this company instead of ordering a $300-$500 driveshaft because Nissan doesn't sell a u joint for an Xterra. Bought two u joints for $16 a piece and my problem was solved.

Amazing Customer Service
Ordered some parts for my Jeep from these guys. Fat fingered my CC card info and received a personal call to get corrected. Customer service was great and extremely respectful. Item shipped faster than expected as well. I was so impressed with the experience I'll be sure to order from these guys again.

Paid for 2 day shipping... Took two weeks..
The product was great! 4wd got my part from a 3rd party. I paid to have it delivered in 2-3 days. After a week went by, I called 4wd. They looked into it and said the part went out the day I called (coincidence??). I "should have it in 2 days." It took another week to get my parts. Of use them 4wd again, but

Bad product
I purchased the hard top seal kit for my Rubicon and paid over $30.00 for some velcro strips!!!!! Are you kidding me. I have asked to be removed from their mailing list. They can't make this right. This is an intentional ripoff!!!!!

Order tracking
I placed a order through 4WD, I was then told it would be shipped from a third party (which I understand). They said it would be 10 days before it shipped ( I had to call to get that information). I called back it 15 days and 4WD called the third party, they said it would ship that day. I ask for shipping information and the lady told me she would get it the next day and e-mail it to me. It has been 2 days and I have not heard what the shipping number is or if it has shipped.

Customer Service
Level of customer care is terrible. I never received my product...UPS lost it. I contacted customer service concerning this and the expedited shipping that I paid for. I was told that they could issue me a credit for the product or reorder it once the claim was settled with ups but would not refund me the $20 i paid for shipping. Two weeks later haven't received the product, the refund, or a follow up response to my further questions regarding the shipping fees.
