Disappointing communication
Easy to order but thats about it. Booked my delivery day and waited in all day for my order to arrive. Nothing. Contacted the company to be told it wasnt coming due to a machine breaking down. These things happen and they gave a partial refund. Told id have the order by the end of the week. End of the week comes and no order. Contact them again and told the fork lift has broken down. Another partial refund and assured it would be with me the following Saturday. Told I had been upgraded to a Saturday delivery to ensure delivery. Well Saturday came and no order. Contacted them again and was told I would get tracking info when its dispatched but no time scale.
Very disappointing customer service. Order was a lot of money and I shouldn't have to chase the company up. Order arrived nearly 4 weeks after the original delivery date. Interestingly the tracking info had a line about a wearhouse move and that it could cause delays. Why not just say that when ordering.

We completely understand that you shouldn't have had to keep chasing us for updates, and we apologise that our communication fell short. We hope the partial refunds we provided throughout the process showed that we genuinely cared and were doing our best to make things right while working through the issues.
Thankfully, these problems have now been resolved and we're back up and running as normal. Thank you for your patience and honest feedback, and we hope you'll consider giving us another chance in the future.

Worst company to deal with
Worst company to deal with. I ordered four tyres from them but only three arrived. I checked with the couriers but there was no sign of the fourth tyre. I got back to 4x4 Tyres who promised to make a refund for the fourth tyre. Needless to say there's been no sign of the refund.

Unfortunately, the missing tyre was lost by DX during transit. As discussed when we spoke, we processed the refund for the missing tyre on the same day. Depending on your bank, refunds can sometimes take a few working days to show in your account.

I feel I got a great deal from 4x4tyres…
I feel I got a great deal from 4x4tyres although the delivery was delayed by a few days due to warehouse changes. I messaged and was told about the delay in delivery so had to change my date with fitters. I was kept up to date so could make the fitting arrangements. Happy customer.
