Definitely a company I won't be doing any further business with, especially if you mislead your customers.
Item being collected today 15th September by courier, even though two emails stated that the item was in transit😡
Was reassured this item would be at this address prior to the 10th September.

Unfortunately there was a problem with the delivery of this order, which meant that the estimated lead time was not met. The issue occurred as our supplier offered to ship directly to the customer but then diverted the order to us due to the customer being outside of mainland UK. We do sometimes see issues and delays shipping to Northern Ireland since Brexit sadly.
We certainly do not set out to mislead our customers and we did not offer a guaranteed delivery date - this is simply not possible when shipping to international addresses.
The customer was fully refunded today. Being a low value item, we offered to ship the item to the customer for free by way of an apology for the shipping delay, but the customer did not respond to our offer.
