Met with staff. Very polite and friendly. I made my deposit and was advise Imay receive a call about offers and more details on how i can utilize my account. Overall Great experience.

dont bank here if you deposit anything over $100 in check form. They hold everything for ridiculous amounts of time.

I am happy to be a customer of the 5/3rd bank. Promptness, professionalism, friendly staff, help, concern about me has always been what I appreciate. The banker Samina and the Teller are the ones I so grateful for saving my day, when I thought that I lost my DL and my DCard, but luckily I didn’t; just in a rush I forgot to pick it up and in a few minutes I got a call from Samina, the banker, so I drove back and they handed me my DL+DC. Decent rates, horrible cust service. Good luck getting documents from them they refuse to send. waiting 4 weeks for account history. Dont bother calling, no one can help, no supervisors.

This bank and its costumer service are rude ,have mess in the computer and will close your debit card because system said its stollen yet im telling them I have it..
DO NOT OPEN ACCOUNT THERE

This company has call centers only and could not route my issue to a specific department as well as I was told to deal with the situation for another week. The customer service person said that the bank's system is automatic and their is not a live person to deal with major issues as they are only call centers. this bank likes to sit on deposited checks without posting to the customers account by stating the bank is doing it out of security reasons when the bank is collecting interest on those specific amounts. They also told customer to deal with issue for another week until their automated computer system catches up to the processing.

The constant, almost multiple times a week follow-up emails and phone calls that are far from urgent are very distracting, irritating, and rather intrusive. I do not care for attendants calling me while I am busy with my kids or at work giving me their random two cents on how to build credit because they didn’t in their 20’s or whatever their life story was or how they are passionate about credit. I have worked management in retail, I get it’s part of the job to brown nose but this is too much.

Bank , after the positive funds from one bank account to another , and the representative treating me as if I was a criminal and did not allow me to receive my phones and stop speaking to me with a bank to bank transfer very disappointing

One of title companies gives an email check which does not look or feel real. This is the only branch where Jesus checks and verified and deposits it.

This bank is a great bank. Great customer service always clean soon as you walk in they greet you anytime I need anything. They always there for me. I love this bank and I’m not going anywhere.

I always feel that Fifth Third has our best interest at heart. We’ve been with them for at least 15 years and we will never switch banks as long as they continue being as great as they have always been to us!

Had a great call with a bank representative at Mint Hill branch. He listened well, helped me understand a process so much better and answered all my questions.Really appreciated the friendly and awesome service.
