Ich vergebe selten Rezensionen aber bei diesem Laden ist es ein Muss!

Hab mir Ringe geholt vor 2 Jahren sind immer noch top und gefallen mir sehr.

I ordered on the beginning of July, my parcel still hasn't been shipped, I wrote multiple emails and Instagram DMs - no answer. I have never seen a company this disrespectful to the customer. I am wondering if I am even going to get my order and if I will - when is it going to be?

Aufpassen SCAM.
Retouren werden nicht angenommen, bei Nachfrage werde ich einfach ignoriert.

I’ve made an order for rings 14 days ago, but still don’t have any updates. It was written that the delivery takes 7-9 days to France and 2-4 days to fulfil.

They don’t respond to email (support@77..) or Instagram, 3 mails and 6 messages in instagram….. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Can you please help me with my order #10549 and send it as soon as possible?

I placed two orders a week apart. The size of the first ring is too small (I was wrong). And the second ring is not the one I ordered but the exact replica of the first. I contacted via Instagram, in French first, they told me that they did not speak French. I wrote again in English and no response for two days... On the site I don't see any other way to contact them...

Super freundlicher und schneller Kontakt per Instagram. Extra für mich nochmal im Lager geschaut+Rabat gegeben. Der Ring ist nach 2 Tagen angekommen mit super Qualität und schönem Design, so wie die anderen Sachen auch :)

Es hat leider weder ein Versand stattgefunden, noch wurde ich über Komplikationen benachrichtigt.

Die 'Newsletter/Flow-Emails' die mich erneut in den Shop locken sollen funktionieren jedoch ganz gut.

Auf der web page steht man solle instagram DM's schicken (da keine Customer service/success Email existiert??? (leider erst nach dem Bestellen gesehen, eigentlich absolute red flag, da sehr unprofessional).
Nun warte ich also auf meine Bestellung und werde auf instagram ignoriert. Die Emails an die angegebene Retouren/Widerrufs Mail Adresse werden ebenfalls ignoriert.

Shop meiden und am besten nicht via Klarna Sofort zahlen.
(Bestellung liegt fast 3 Wochen zurück)

The designs also look exactly like on the website and believe me you will definitely get compliments wearing them.

I've stumbled upon their Instagram about 2 years ago and fell in love with their designs immediately. I'm always on the hunt for new jewelry pieces which don't tarnish, that's why I decided to give them a try and ordered one of their rings shortly after.
Well, I liked it so much that I decided that I'll definitely order there again aaand I did.
Got a couple of their rings now and I've gotten lots of compliments on them, so I've been recommending them to my friends too (I'm the jewelry girlie in my friends' circle lol).
I'm planning on ordering there again soon.

I ordered a few rings, necklaces and a bracelet from 77industry so it's safe to say they have exactly the style I was looking for. The delivery is always faster than expected, and sometimes they leave a little gift in there which is much appreciated. If I ever have a question then I just DM them on instagram and receive a reply right away. I even sent them a pic of my hands and tattoo's and they style-guided me on the right pieces for me. I've been wearing 2 of their stainless steel rings every day for 4 months, and they still look brand new. These guys are the real deal and they're well worth the money. I'm really grateful for these guys cause I can't find this style anywhere else without paying 5x more.

Bought 2 rings for 40 €. They arrived 2 months late and didn't fit. I contacted them and they told me to send it back and that they would send me new ones. Never arrived and lost 40€. I'm so mad, they were supposed to be a present.

I bought a new bracelet but it didn't fit. So I have sent several email to tell them that my bracelet had the wrong size. So I sent back my bracelet but I didn't get an email back until now. Not even my money. They don't reply on emails and on Instagram.
