I placed my order on November 24th, and received an order confirmation email. A few days later, I got an email saying that they are experiencing shipping delays and that they apologize for the inconvenience, which I had no problem with. However, after a month and a half, I have not received any tracking information. I have tried reaching out to them on Instagram asking for a tracking number, but they gave a generic "sorry for the delay, the package is on its way, it'll arrive soon" response. They stopped responding to me after I kept asking for tracking. I still haven't received the order, and I'm starting to accept that I was just scammed out of $142. Avoid this vendor

Ordered the ring on the 27th of November and paid for 5-7 business days delivery. The ring was sent to the the UK on the 9th of December and I haven't heard anything since. I sent a DM to the instagram page but after 3 days of messaging, they just told me what I already knew after I told them I want a delivery date. I also emailed the support team but they haven't responded after a week. Please save your time and money and don't order from here.

Super Qualität

I had a very ambivalent experience with 77Industry. It wasn't the best, nor the worst. I placed an order and received it within a reasonable timeframe. Before ordering, I reached out to their customer service through Instagram to inquire about restocking an item in my size. Their response time was slow, but they did eventually reply. They mentioned the item would be restocked in a few weeks, but it never happened.

Communicating with customer service through Instagram seemed unprofessional. When my rings finally arrived, I loved the design. However, the adjustable rings felt cheap and were not as comfortable as the ones without the gap underneath. Despite knowing this, I chose to buy them anyway.

The packaging was another issue. I ordered four rings, and they came in a massive shoebox-sized package. The rings were placed in round "tin boxes", but these were bent and destroyed from being loosely packed in the large box.

After wearing the rings for less than two weeks, one started to turn copper/brassy, as if the silver coating was coming off, and it turned my skin green. I contacted them again on Instagram, and after waiting six weeks, I finally received a response. They informed me they had accidentally sent me a sample ring, which also seemed unprofessional. They asked for my order number, which I had already sent six weeks prior, and eventually sent a replacement.

When the new ring arrived, it was crooked. I contacted them again, and they replied that their rings do not bend easily since they are stainless steel, unless under 300-500 kg of force. This was particularly ridiculous considering it was an adjustable ring—how am I supposed to adjust it with that much force? This question remains unanswered as they have since gone silent.

In a final attempt to resolve the situation, I expressed my frustration with their unprofessionalism and the six-week response time. They cited health problems as the cause, which is unfortunate but also indicative of a vulnerable and unstable business setup.

It seems to me that 77Industry is trying their best but fails to meet the standard expectations of typical web shops. Customers don't care about personal issues affecting service—they expect a reliable and professional experience, which 77Industry did not provide.

The post lost my package and it's up to the sender to make a complaint, but the 77industry's customer service doesn't answer my instagram's dm or my emails.
I've been waiting for a month for my order to France, I'm asking for a total refund or at least for them to send me another package.

I was surprised by the quality of the rings for that price, they're solid as hell and they all look as good as shown in the pictures.
I guess that there is a little team behind this brand and that explains the management problems, because unfortunately the orders are often incorrect. But they always do their best to send you back the right order or ring size, you need to wait a little bit when you contact them, but it is still worth it. They know when they mess up and they will always manage to fix things by offering some promos or gifts !
I recommand the site but be very patient 😂

Die Ringe von 77industry sind nicht wirklich verstellbar und wenn man diese zurückschickt erhält man kein Geld zurück, auf Nachfrage wird nicht geantwortet. Ich empfehle niemanden dort zu bestellen. Wer dort bestellt ist selber schuld.

I ordered 3 different times on 77industry in a span of a year, and my last order has been made on September. I bought 3 different rings and 1 cap 😎

Items quality: it’s made of stainless steel but doesn’t look cheap, I wear them daily and they’re my go-to jewelry. They’re very unique and I feel like standing out with never-seen-before accessories :)

Package: jewelry is sent in a rigid carton box that can be reused and stuff are well-protected in another small metal box.

Shipping: I’ve had an issue ONCE with shipping but it wasn’t their fault. There was an issue with their shipping provider I believe so I waited longer than expected. It got me worried at first, but as soon as I contacted them on Instagram I got a reply answering my questions and they offered me a voucher as a compensation for this issue.
Considering it was an external issue I don’t blame them at all and they’ve done everything they could, sending an email to update about the issue and answering requests in PM!

Extra: their jewelry is packed in round silver boxes which is a nice addition in my customer experience, they could just put it in a plastic bag but instead you get a nice box which can also be used as a decorative item.
I’ve also received freebies such as stickers, keychains and a ring-sizer in every purchase I made which is a really good extra!

I’d 100% recommend buying from them, I’ve been satisfied with every purchase I made and I’ll keep doing it whenever a new collection I like will be released 🙂‍↕️

Es hat sehr lange gedauert bis ich alles bekommen habe so wie ich es haben wollte. Ja, es gab ein paar Ups and Downs, jedoch sieht man das sich die Marke echt Mühe gibt Ihre Fehler auszubessern. Ich verstehe wenn manche rummeckern und so, jedoch jeder hat eine zweite Chance verdient. 77industry ist eine tolle Marke mit tollen Produkten und einer guten Zukunft. Ich empfehle jedem die Seite mal anzuschauen, und falls es mal zu Komplikationen kommen soll, schreibt dem Support auf Instagram. Die sind sehr nett und versuchen das Problem so gut es geht zu lösen.
