Website says shipping would take roughly 15-20 days for international shipping. It took them that long to simply process the order. Now they say my order will be shipped by spring. Not even delivered by spring, but shipped by spring. Spring is almost half a year away. Completely unacceptable. If the shipping took this long atleast have the decency to tell us. Customer support is also terrible. They don’t respond to emails, take more than a week to respond on instagram, and ghost you after one message. There is practically no customer support, no way to get in contact with anyone. No transparency, no availability, and no reasonable business practices.

Maybe improve your shipping times and customer support instead of making a new drop and working on your social media.

The quality of the piece remains to be seen and I’ll edit this review if and when I receive it.

Never received a ring, never heard anything from them the multiple times I messaged them, and the ring is still "preparing for shipment". Ordered over a month ago

SCAM STAY AWAY.

It’s been a month since I ordered. Tried emailing them, tried messaging them on Instagram and I’ve received no response after 2 weeks. Until if and when they deliver the order, I’m writing it off as a scam and looking to get my money back.

Anyway, it’s a shame to say that the ring looks better online than in real life it’s kindoff pre vintaged looking where i was hoping it would me more shiny, although the ring is heavy with loads of detail beautifully designed but don’t expect Khurt like quality. also the track & trace say’s it’s still in delivery which is Strange. My experience with this brand is also sad to say quite bad, no communication and pre order cash grab were already giving me red flags thinking it will never arrive, but it still did! If the brand is a bit more honest on the look of their product, and make a better customer service section without being ghosted on instagram DM’s i would consider buying again. Unfortunately for now it’s giving me rooky start up brand vibes. But although all of this i’m happy with my ring. And don’t worry the product will arrive if you have patience.

Ordered a ring 3 weeks ago, and still nothing.
I've messaged them through instagram, and they responded only a week or so after, saying that the issue was because of Trump's tariffs, but im in the EU, so I don't think that's a valid excuse. I've messaged them again, and again, nothing. I've tried commenting on their posts, but my comments just got deleted.
At this point, even if the ring arrives, I will never buy anything from them, there's no excuse for this lack of communication, which is a shame because I genuinely like their designs.

Edit: I've received the ring, and it looks nothing like to photos, absolutely unwearable, too bad I cant attach files. Its the uvy-75, the gem doesn't even fill the whole hole, there's a random piece of metal on top of it, and the whole design is just a blur. It doesn't even fit my finger, but I won't even try a refund, because this whole experience was worse than being straight up robbed.

After reading all these reviews, I was a little scared to place my order but still did so. I have received my order and the quality is amazing, something with the shipping didn’t go right so I contacted them on both TikTok and instagram and they responded by giving me a discount code and they put in the order again. I am super happy with my purchased items. In my opinion even tho their team is small they try their best and take care of the problems. I will be purchasing from 77 industries again.

I had bought a ring but had to return it because the size was too big. I dm'd them and had a quite pleasant experience at first, so I sent it back, paying for shipping and all. 2 weeks passed and nothing, 3 weeks passed, nothing. I thought it got lost somewhere along the way. I went to check and apparently it was delivered to them on the 1st of May, which at the time of writing this is almost a month and a half ago. No word from them. I sent a DM (their preferred method of communication a week ago, yesterday, and today. Absolute silence. So this treatment completely soured the initial experience and I would not recommend anyone just based on this attention to customers being this poor.

I do not recommend purchasing from this brand.
I purchased 3 rings, only 2 arrived late (I had never received an email and the package had not yet been sent before I wrote to them).
I wrote over and over again via Instagram DM to receive the missing ring. I NEVER RECEIVED IT.
They said several times that they will take action to resolve it, but they have not done so in 6 months.
I have never received the ring I paid for, nor a refund.

I ordered from them twice, and everything went pretty well. It’s a small company, so sometimes orders may take a long time. Don’t be worried; feel free to email or DM them. You will always end up getting your order. The quality is amazing—most of the hats in my collection are actually from them.

DO NOT do it!!! I only gave it 1 star because i could not give it less. They are beyond TERRIBLE!! I never received my package purchased in November. The customer service it GOD AWFUL and they do not give a shit to try to fix it. Save your money and buy somewhere else.

Super Service, Top Qualität!

So I made an order and got it confirmed the 15th December 2024, and I forgot it for about a month.
I dmed them on insta on the 16th January 2025, and asked about my order, and I didn’t get any reply, I asked agin on the 18th, and then I got an email that my Jewlery was being shipped????
I got it today 28th January, but I still didn’t get any update on it whatsoever.

Horrible service, they didn’t even replied to me and just sent out my order.

I like the necklace I bought but the chain is hella small???
It looks smaller than what it is in the picture compared to how big the pendent is??

I prob won’t be buying here agin unless it’s something I really like and it includes free shipping

I ordered a necklace and it got delivered to me in 3 weeks. The product is great quality and i love the design. I got asnwered almost instantly on instagram when i asked about the delivery time.

Ich habe schon mehrmals Schmuck bestellt und die Bestellungen werden immer super schnell verschickt. Wenn man fragen zu den Produkten oder der Lieferung hat erhält man auch genauso schnell eine Antwort.
Der Schmuck ist außerdem wirklich affordable und hat dafür eine richtig gute Qualität.

Reading these reviews it seem like my experience is similar and I can only think this company is disorganised or just don't care.
I placed my order on November 24th, paid for expedited delivery (5-7 days) and received a confirmation email. When the item didn't arrive after 8 days I contacted them via IG. Their response was that the website when I ordered, stated that due to volume of orders there is now a delay of 2-3 weeks, this was not displayed otherwise I would not have ordered it for a birthday present. I asked for a refund of the expedited postage cost as they were not fulfilling their end of the bargain, that was refused.
I left it for a few weeks and still nothing, I messaged for a tracking number, they said they don't provide the tracking number, the delivery company do and they were busy. I messaged a few times and was ignored, I set up a dummy IG account and messaged them and they replied, but of course as soon as I gave my order number they stopped responding

All of a sudden received a notification on 1st January with tracking details and the parcel arrived on 8th Jan. The item is lovely but would not order from the company again as it was a birthday gift which I deferred until Christmas and it missed both dates.
