A customer service that does what it says on the tin
Clear , concise and non intrusive. Actually had 3 separate needs over 3 days and from all 3 separate staff I had pleasure of engaging with, they all assisted me to the extent of resolving my issues. I opened an account yesterday. Roughly deposited £200 altogether over the space of a few hours. No wins. Nothing on slots or bingo not even 20p. Then today, I try to log in and account closed! Scamming company to the max. They need checking. Avoid them please don't be as stupid as me.

Would not recommend
Never seem to win anything unless you are using bonus money the minute you switch to real funds just dead spins. Not a very great selection of games and most of them either lag or just don’t load. Withdrawals are also quite slow. Won’t be using again

On the 27th of march 2025 I won £3200 using this site, I made the withdrawal straight away then on the Friday the following day my account had been closed & i hadn’t received any money, I then got an email to verify myself which was completely fine and I did so I had to send 3 months worth of bank statements which is completely irrelevant to them as I only opened the account on the 23rd of march 4 days prior to me winning, then today 1st April 2025 i received an email to say third party funds was used on my account. Yet my card has only ever been used on it with MY money MY name and MY phone. For them to then go ahead and tell me I’ll only be receiving £100 as a “good gesture” is a complete and utter disgrace. They ask for bank statements to then trick you into claiming your account is being funded by someone else even WHEN ITS NOT. They’ll close your account so you no longer have access to see ur deposits, withdrawals ect. Customer service is useless you’ll get more answers from a baby they lure you in with a nice little win then as soon as you win big all of a sudden your breaking regulations. All I can say is don’t waste ur time, money or even ur dignity on this app it needs closing down
