I regularly purchase Calm K9 in multipack bags. Not cheap. It does definitely help though which is why I have purchased it for a few years now.

However, I take away two stars from my rating because of the website and customer service:

1) It does not have a Contact Us link on any page I have visited.
2) The website is lacks easy to find basic customer assistance information. For example, I struggle to find any way, or any information about, how to update my email.
3) It does not seem to have a FAQ section.
4) Customer service response is not reliable. I finally found an email for them in a previous purchase confirmation email, so I messaged them six days ago. There has been no response.

Although orders seem to be processed in a timely way, I would expect much better customer service and a better website from this company knowing who is behind it.

Disappointing.

I have been scammed like never before!! They asked me to upgrade to withdraw and then they changed my password. No withdrawal. Just asked me to upgrade again. Not serious!!

Thanks to using it, Quincy oozes good health, and he has the shiniest, lushest, most tangle free, soft coat I have ever seen, and he is a large, energetic long haired German shepherd, who just loves running around in the woods, sploshing through puddles, getting in the undergrowth and the like... so lots of opportunities for his floofs to get tangled! And yes, grooming him is a total pleasure as a result of the health of his coat!

I have my boy Toby (10y) on CALM SENIOR for about 10 days because he started barking for “nothing” . I already notice a difference : he is way more relaxed and the barking has reduced to a minimum !

I love all the AOK-9 supplements that I give to my dog, but Prime may be my favourite. It is chock full of goodness & you can definitely see the results - a dog with a super soft & shiny coat with minimal shedding. It is also reassuring to know that my dog is benefiting from all the nutrients & vitamins on the inside too.

I originally had the calm product in an order from Absolute Dogs. I have 4 dogs but my latest rescue is very reactive to all noises. The calm supplement made a difference almost immediately. It really has transformed his life and now he only barks at loud, sudden noises. If he misses a couple of days (usually because I'm away and whoever is feeding him at home hasn't added it to his food) it is really noticeable.
I have also started adding other products to my other dog's food.

Great products but would really like a contact number not an email address. Having issues with a subscription and can’t seem resolve it by changing details on my account page. Out of product and my dog is back to biting and chewing himself raw again.

Love the product & I'm a long term customer but ordered and paid 14/11 and it took 22 days to arrive with no communication to explain the delay until 25/11. That promised despatch by a certain day but it didn't happen. I emailed twice chasing the order but didn't get a direct reply until 2/12. I understand delays happen but proactively contact the customer addressing their issue (not the generic email you sent out to everyone), explain and offer an order cancellation and refund if the time delay is unacceptable to them.

I was going away and had not realised I did not have enough AOK9. I put in an urgent request and the response was super fast. Thank you team for saving my bacon by sending a new supply through so quickly!

A-OK9 has one of the best customer service dept I have encountered. They really bend over backwards for you.
Their supplements are also one of a kind, no strange things in them and they work great!

I can’t rate this product enough - expensive yes but so worth it. I have a giant breed Caucasian Shepherd and after using this now for 6 months or so the difference in her is outstanding. She is so much more receptive to visitors, other dogs and strangers on walks - so much so we keep thinking she’ll go back to the mothership soon and the real Tillie will come back! 🤣🤣 I hope not! She’s so much less anxious so fireworks this last two weeks were a breeze! We now have the dog we always knew she could be. Thank you!

Just tried to order..took the money out of my back ..5 minutes later the money is back in my account ..no explanation ..no email

We've used the supplements from AOK9 for a good few months. The probiotic one has clearly made a difference to Snoopy's digestion (I'll spare you the before-and-after comparison, especially the "before") so that's now a permanent part of his diet. I was dubious about the Plaque preventer, but given how successful the other one has been we tried it. About three months on, there's a very clear improvement. This isn't exactly a randomised controlled trial, but it's hard to see what else changed in those three months, so we'll be sticking with this as well.

5 days into using Itch-k9 and my dog is definitely itching less. This gives me peace of mind as he is clearly less stressed by itching and the product is natural and easy to use. What a relief for us both!

I have used Bug-K9 on all of our dogs for the past 3 years. They have been at cottages and never picked up ticks or fleas. Today I found a tick on my golden. It was under her collar. It was dead and there was no blood in it so Bug-K9 obviously took care of it.

We started using calm and flexi with our GSD 5 years ago, when we got our new excitable pup we gave him calm from very early on, which has helped him to listen and therefore learn what we would like him to do. When bug was released we didn't hesitate to buy it as this meant no more nasties in the form of wormer or flea and tic tablets, so far we have only had one worm count come back with a small problem, we accordingly treated him. We recently found 2 tics on him, but that is it, no others from starting to use it and no fleas. When Itch was released we didn't hesitate to buy on subscription immediately and we have not been disappointed, Storm has barely scratched in the week he has been having it, I am so hopeful that he will not end up having a Cytopoint injection this winter in desperation to help him. A Ok9 keep doing what you are doing!

We have been using AOK9 products for 4 years now. We started out with Calm to help our reactive dog Sam, it does work for him - in his case because it helps settle his stomach which was very bucket filling for him. Since then we have fed Prime, amazing for a shiny coat and overall health, Flexi and Plaque K9. These aren’t supplements per se, it’s food grade sources of all the vitamins, minerals and herbs that your dog needs in their diet that may be lacking. We’ve seen more than enough dogs on the products to see that they can help keep your dog happy, healthy and potentially live a longer life. We’ll continue giving the boys their nightly licky mat with the AOK9 products, safe in the knowledge it helps them.

So many great supplements - we use Calm-K9 and Prime K9 - my dogs’ coats shine and they are happy little pups. My order arrived so quickly from the UK to Vermont,USA, filled with so many extras gifts and samples - was like Christmas! Very grateful to have these healthy products to allow my boys to live their best life possible .

Calm has changed my dogs lives for the better. We used to have an entire house of craziness, simply do to one dog being a bit crazy but not in a good way. By giving her Calm daily, she is able to be a real dog and use her brain. She is still full of energy, but now she can use her brain. So thankful for A-OK9 Calm.
