The product seems gritty and might be good but the pump is crap. I could only get a dribble out despite trying various orientations and even tried pushing the base as I pumped. I contacted customer support but my mail has been ignored.
Very disappointing

As for their products, I specifically purchased the Soothy for my dog, who has been struggling with inflammation from a sting and also itchy skin. I am amazed at how effective it has been! Within just a few applications, my dog's skin irritation was significantly reduced, and he seemed much more comfortable and relaxed. Soothy has been a game-changer for us, providing quick relief and promoting healing in a natural way.

Overall, A-OK9 has exceeded my expectations in both customer service and product quality. I highly recommend them to any pet owner looking for reliable solutions and a company that truly cares about their customers.

I have bought K-9 Soothy for my dogs and it helps them so much. They both have seasonal skin allergies and soothy helps their skin and paws. Also works great on humans!! I had some horrible itchy bug bites on my leg that nothing was working on so I put some soothy on and it helped so much!! I can't recommend it enough for my dogs and for myself!! When I took 11year old dog Zulu to the vet for her annual check up the Vet was very impressed with her calmness and fitness and the whiteness of her teeth! I had taken my pouches of A-OK9 supplements with me and she was impressed and said she would buy some for her dog! I had Bug, Senior Calm, Prime, Flexi & Plaque I must buy some of the Bug liquid to pot on Zulu as she has had 2 ticks last week inspire of Bug K9!

After just 4 days of starting Calm-K9, I was able to notice a difference in my dog’s state of calmness. I struggled to believe it myself, but when we recently ran out before our next subscription arrived…due to my scheduling error…she became more antsy after a few days lapse. When our Calm arrived, she went straight back on it, and she is now back to having the edge taken off of her antsy behavior and has again been able to relax more on her own.

I have been using this brand for 3 years and the product is good, expensive but good. However, due to allergies, we can no longer use it and tried to return a recurring order. It's been over a month since I requested a refund, they have no customer service number, you have to go through an email address. It took them 5 days to respond, then I've had to chase again with nobody providing any kind of update as to when the refund will be provided.
Yet another company very happy to spam you with marketing and to take your money but doesn't care at all about the customer.

Gland-K9 is great! Marley needed his anal glands expressed periodically because he would scoot across the floor several times a day or lick his bottom frequently. Since we started using Gland-K9 about 4 weeks ago, I’ve only seen him scoot a couple of times and it has really decreased the licking. I mix the fiber supplement in his food every day and I’m very pleased with this product so far. Will definitely keep using it to try and avoid taking Marley to the vet for an unpleasant procedure.

Fabulous products, my dogs love them. Calm k9, bug k9, flexi k9 and prime k9 fed to my dogs daily I also use fresh k9 in water on hot days - very easy ordering on website and fast delivery!

Love Love Love the Fresh-K9 shaker bottle - it’s such a handy size to take out and use with Fresh K9 to keep the dogs hydrated. The attachable containers make it super easy to carry around either supplements or some treats. Not only is it great for out and about but I use it in the house as it makes mixing any powder supplements into water or bone broth a breeze!! No more lumpy non-mixed bits when I’m making up their frozen paw shaped supplement treats! Magic ✨

My Border Collie had a very upset tummy due to his Endocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency, where his gut doesn’t absorb food. After two sachets of Resue K9 then a daily spoonful of Probio K9 he is now back to his normal toilet habits and is feeling much healthier. I will start the daily dose of Bug K9 when his current medication is out of his system. I highly recommend these great natural products.

Purchased Plaque-K9 for my dogs as they had tartar on their teeth. The order was shipped promptly and what a result. Within a couple of weeks my dogs teeth looked much better with almost no tartar. I've now been using it for over a year and my dogs teeth have never looked better

We received our Gleam-K9 towel a few weeks ago, and we absolutely love it. Drying Oakley after her bath used to be a struggle, but since we started using the Gleam-K9 towel, she now absolutely loves being dried. The towel is super soft and leaves her coat looking great. This towel is a must have for any dog owner!! 🐶🐾😍

I have been using Fresh K9 for sometime now and it is definitely one thing that they love, I know it keeps them hydrated, keeping their energy levels up especially on days when we are agility training or competing or even simply just out on a long hike as it replenishes any electrolytes lost during the day.....it a must for us!😄

I feed my dog raw meat and needed food quality natural supplements to add to his food. A-Ok9 comes through! I started my rescue puppy on calm.. it REALLY makes a difference! I added Bugg K9 and Plaque to the mix... very was impressed by how white and clean his teeth were! Last I added Prime... I need these vitamins added to his meat/ organ/ tripe mix for complete nutrition! I'm a bit of a freak when it comes to feeding holistic, good quality foods, treats and supplements to my dog and I feel good about using these products! So glad I found them!

We have been using the Fresh K9 for a few years now and I won't go to any summer events without it! Bailey competes in dock jumping, agility and rally obedience. She is a long haired black dog, competing in Ontario, Canada so she gets warm very easily. Fresh K9 keeps her hydrated and keeps her energy level up so she can still enjoy all her favorite sports with her friends. We call it our "go-go juice" and we wouldn't dream of going to an event without it!

I wanted to write a follow up to my review from 4 years ago. My two senior dogs have been on A-Ok9 products for 4 years now. My oldest dog will be 17 on Monday and with the exception of a little osteoarthritis (which is expected at his age), he is going along like the Energizer Bunny. He is teaching our 8 month old puppy the ropes (and keeping her in line). His good health is largely due to the good nutrition from these products. We're lifers when it comes to these supplements.

Prime is Absolutly amazing 🤩 my dog used to have stomach problems due to B12 deficiency and since using PRIME instead of B12 tablets from vet we had amazing results. No more problems and plus her coat is super shiny. Love this product so much

I’ve just had the gleem towel for a week now, it’s been a very soggy week and this towel has really helped dry my dog. After you’ve used it you need to rinse it in warm water then put it in a zip lock bag so it stays damp. It soaks up water and mud on my dog like magic! I think I may need another one!

I have a confession to make, I may use the soothie more for me than my dogs...it is simply divine! Smells great, a nice light and balm-like cream. I use is on my dogs pads, where they have gotten a bit of a rub from their harness. Love love the product
