I passed my driving test first time thanks to my amazing instructor, Tanzeel from A1 Driving School. He’s incredibly patient and always made me feel calm and supported. He didn’t just teach me how to pass the test, he taught me how to drive confidently in real-life situations.

Every lesson was clear, reassuring, and full of practical tips that really helped build my confidence. If you want an instructor who genuinely cares about your progress and helps you become a safe, confident driver, I can’t recommend Tanzeel enough!

Not normally someone that would write a review however I do not want anyone to experience what my son has experienced with this driving academy!
17yr old Son has been doing driving lessons since April, I thought all was well until instructor left company without notice 8 weeks before test, understandable that we all have life circumstances however I had to ring multiple times for many days to get another instructor to fill his position. Started with new instructor was abit worried about my son changing close to his test datde but had no other choice, anyway skip to 6 weeks my son has his test in 2 weeks time and now this instructor has also left with no notice and my son is left with nobody to take him for his test, I have rang multiple times, left voice note even WhatsApp message with still no reply. I have now had to ask for another company to help us. Feel so sorry for my son this should have been a fun exciting experience now he will have to have yet another instructor.
This company has no empathy or care for their clients and communication is very poor. I would not recommend anyone going with this company unless you want to be messed around!

My instructor Tanzeel was an excellent teacher and very patient. He was always calm during lessons and explained everything clearly. He prepared me very well for my driving test, where I passed first time with just a few minors. Overall very happy and would definitely recommend!

I passed my driving test on my first attempt with Manny (second try overall)! I live in Derby but took my test in Burton. I only had 10 hours of lessons (5 sessions) and managed to pass within 30 days’ notice. Manny is very knowledgeable and quickly spotted my weaknesses, helping me improve with clear and effective guidance. I’m really grateful for his support and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great driving instructor!

My learning experience has been wonderful. Thank you for being so patient and talkative during my lessons to make me feel at ease definitely would recommend to others you won't be disappointed as they have a lot of experience on teaching people how to drive.

I recently passed my driving test on the first try, and I couldn't have done it without Muazzam! He's a fantastic instructor – patient, clear, and really knows how to explain things. Even when I was making mistakes, he helped me understand what I was doing wrong and how to improve. I felt comfortable and confident during every lesson. I highly recommend Muazzam to anyone looking to learn to drive.

My driving instructor Tanzeel from A1 driving academy was extremely helpful and patient. He is a good instructor who makes sure to help explain everything with calmness so that you can understand. Due to his brilliant instructing, i was able to pass my test with flying colours and one minor. I would definitely recommend him as a driving instructor!

Jazib is very knowledgeable driving instructor with a kind, genuine and compassionate attitude help me around my way to pass my driving practical test.
His ability to analyse the area of concern and comes up with a easy following solutions which helps to become a good driver. His focus on safety in roads with a keen strategy to train to excersise safety when you are driving a car or any four wheeler.

I messaged A1 driving academy just over a week from my test date, the academy put me in touch with Nav. Took a few lessons with her as i had prior driving experience and I’m so glad i went ahead with her. Her vibes are just so positive, she’s so calm and literally the best instructor i’ve ever had, and i’m really thankful for her taking me on so last minute and taking me to my test by putting her full trust in me. With all this I managed to pass and I’m just so grateful!!! I totally recommend Nav as an instructor she’s the best so positive and so caring. Thank you once again!

Would recommend anytime. Passed my test first time with Jazib Ali as my instructor. He was very patient with me and I especially liked that he found a communication style that works better for me so I could fully understand whatever he needed to explain to me. Plus he always had good stories and advice on the road to help keep me calm and focused.

I passed my driving test today with 4 minor faults. I'm beyond thrilled & relieved at the same time. And first time when I took the lessons it was with another driving school which was a horrible experienc. I then went to the A1 driving academy and I had Babzi as my instructor. Driving test is all about confidence and the way Babzi made me feel during the practice sessions with positivity and encouragement is beyond measurable. I am grateful to A1 and my instructor Babzi. He came at the right time when I needed someone positive, patient. So thank you so much again 😊

Absolutely non professional, keep repeating the same sessions again & again, after spending 10 months when I asked how much more sessions no answer, no clear direction. They don’t have any complain process, which explains their professionalism? 😂 when I tried to complain over the phone, they said “we don’t want to listen crap 💩” lol 
Strongly warn everyone please be very careful booking with them.

I am posting this again, post it previously but than they asked me to remove it and promised to sort out booked a test but wasted three more months, I ll be also complaining them formerly to dvla.

I had a great experiance with one of the best Instructor MR. JAZIB. He is the best one and too friendly, provide felxible timmings and great Traning with Finest Experiance. I clear my test because of Him, in first chance in very minimal time and lessons, just because of his hardwork and patience.

I reccomend everybody just go along with
MR. JAZIB. to get ur driving licecence in very quick time and with the every aspect clear.
