This company goes by the names Sentinel and A2Z - slightly confusing as when you drive onto the parking there's a site with A2Z parking to the left side of the carriageway - this isn't where you're supposed to go.
However, otherwise I have to concede this is the best car parking site I've ever used anywhere in the UK. The reception staff are well mannered and knew from the off who we were (party of 9 inc' 3 cars) and the details of our cars. You simply plonk your motor in one of the ample and bigger then normal diagonal bays and walk a few feet to reception, hand in the keys to a nice lady and take a card per car - return 2 weeks later, hand in the card and hey presto your motor is waiting e few feet away in a bigger than average car parking bay - ......DODDLE.
Ps only 90 seconds from the terminal, actually as a matter of fact its quicker using sentinel than it is using the long stay at LBA.
Can't fault it other than the above mis directions. Maybe a bigger notice board on the approach stating NEXT RIGHT FOR RECEPTION A2Z & SENTINEL

Easy enough transactions for dropping off the car and collection when returning to Manchester…….. however………
Lots of damage to my Audi (which is 18 months old). Lots of deep scratches (that will need respraying as down to the metal- my car is black) loads of scratches on the bonnet, side panels and front door. Looks like it’s been parked under something. I would not recommend. And I definitely would not use again. Very poor company.
(I accept that I did not check the car upon return, as it was in the early hours and dark) bitter lesson for me!

Collection of our car was on time. Our flight was then delayed by a couple of hours on our return but again delivery of our car was on time. Would definitely recommend!

Terrible company , they drove my car through ulez zones twice before we had landed and we have been fined £360 . Cheaper to get a taxi

Received an email less than a week before travel, in poor English, staying my parking wasn't going ahead and wanted extra money for an equivalent service. Nothing on my login on the website. Concerned it seemed dodgy, I raised a customer support ticket. Unbelievably they confirmed it was from them! They were really rude to me over the customer support email. Even worse than that, I looked up the company I had a booking with (via A2Z), only to find they went into administration in August 2023, before I made the booking. The replies from 'customer support' were not only rude, in poor English, and had an attitude, literally saying 'even though our office is closed we are replying to customers, as it it's an inconvenience to them. Also saying the company on my booking is a different trading name. It may well be, but the company I had a confirmed booking with 100% dissolved in August 2023 so I was miss sold, then A2Z want more money to offer a real provider. I definitely trust information on Companies House over a ride customer support agent. I'm still not confident about getting the refund (my booking still shows when I login), so will possibly need to raise with my credit card company. All very very odd, rude communication, with horrible way of speaking to a customer. Booked another service with a different agent cheaper now. But all just 3 days before travel, it's obviously more expensive than original booking, and I'm likely to have to fight for money back. Never ever had anything as shocking as this or been treated like that by any service provider. Used an alternative much better, and cheaper too for equivalent service and same providers.

If someone from A2Z reads this... Please ensure my refund is issued, preferably without rudeness, after you let me down days before travel causing unnecessary stress and upset from rude customer service agent, and leaving me with no parking. I have included my booking reference so you can review how I have been spoken to, following odd communication that I honestly thought was some random scam.

I booked parking through A2Z and paid to park at Ace parking in Gatwick North. When I arrived Ace Parking on Oct 20th as arranged, they said they had no record of my booking. I persuaded them to take my car but had to pay their full fee (far more than I'd already paid with A2Z) and I nearly missed my flight. Since then I have called numerous times and emailed A2Z but the one time they answered they put the phone down on me and told me I needed to 'raise a ticket'. I can't raise a ticket as I have no reference number, only an email confirming receipt of payment. The money has gone from my credit card and I am at a loss to know how to proceed.
UPDATE: I finally got a refund from A2Z when I raised a complaint with my credit card company. Sunil at A2Z apologised for the initial mix up (a technical error) and apologised for the behaviour of the staff. Everything has been resolved now. And to add, I've used them many times in the past with no issue.

Now theyre saying it isn't them. I see from below they say they're not actually who do the parking, the card the driver gave us said a2z
We booked a while ago and were told to meet someone on a carpark in Slough. At 4.15 am my husband called to let them know we were on the way. Found out they'd changed meetup point. Husband never received the text and they said oh yes I see it was undelivered. We were told where to go and got a bit lost so we were guided. Another couple had had the same problem. The driver was great. Dropped us off and told us where pick up would be. We had to give him £5 to leave, as did the other couple!! On our return our flight was delayed. I txt at 6.30pm to say it looked like it would be after midnight. We landed at 11.50, rang them to say we had landed. The guy informed us they close at midnight. I hadn't read the receipt so our fault. I got very confused because of his heavy accent and he said he would give us 15 mins. Obviously we didn't get out in time, luggage was late coming off. Called again, couldn't understand what he was suggesting but turn out if we wanted to be picked up it would be £30 or leave it until the morning and it would be £15! We decided to wait until 4 am. Who knew Heathrow was so dead at that time of day? Couldn't get an answer at 4 but then someone called. He said to wait outside and he would be 6 minutes. It was 4.30 am, by now we were wide awake, had booked a premier Inn but just wanted to get home. We couldn't cancel that as we had had a special offer. The driver was great I have to say.

This company is a scam.
You book, including airport entrance fee, then you get told £5.50 extra entrance fee, each way.
Doesn’t matter if you write to query it, they can’t even be bothered to reply to you.

P.S. Very good technique from dishonest people! Now, today 19th December, I have been asked codes and details of the July booking. If not provided, the review would be removed. After 5 months? Do not worry A2Zparking, I still have evidence of everything I have been saying!

Poor poor company, stole money out of my car and when challenged, stopped answering my calls. Shocking customer service. They were late to pick up and very rude when I got to speak to them! DO NOT USE!!!

Avoid avoid avoid!!!! Terrible customer service. We had things stolen from the car and this company take no responsibility. Car was absolutely filthy and had to wait so long to get it back. This company take no responsibility and just tell you to take it up with eap who they recommend.

Avoid this comparison site. They take no responsibility in who they recommend. We had cash stolen from our car and the car itself was used as a picnic area for the staff. A2Z simply say contact the provider it is not their responsibility

Late pick up. rude staff...driver promised go leave change in glove box ...he didn't surprise surprise. A2z take no responsibility apparently they are brokers that not made clear I booked with a2z so I blame you guys ... avoid never again

Money taken from my car. Money was not visible, but hidden in the car itself. Email confirmation from A2Z stated my booking had been confirmed with SMG Vehicle Storage Ltd.
Contacted Head office and they told me Terms and conditions state not to leave anything of value in the car - so my fault apparently! One might have thought that a more appropriate response might have been that the company should thinking about investigating the matter themselves!
Nothing happened, so I contacted the police who conducted their own investigation (I have a case number).
Police ultimately concluded that unable to prove anything given all employees of the company in question had access to my vehicle throughout the period and no CCTV existed. Oh, and a scratch on the front paint work and bumper.

Never again.
