Jumboparking Avis 

This was the 3rd time we have used these guys and never had any issues.No one can match them on price. Your car / vehicle is in a secure compound and you hand your key in also. They get you to your terminal on time and pick you up on time ( think the longest wait we have had is 15 minutes after collecting our luggage) Good communication . Minor negatives , about a 20 minute transfer and their mini - busses could do with an upgrade.

We will definitely use again in the future. 😊

On departure they were ready for us and took us quickly to the terminal despite heavy traffic. On arrival they called me two or three times to check our progress and were ready for us outside. There was some mention of a srop off fee but it wasn't pushed. There is no footroom in the van. Rather uncomfortable.

We eventually found the parking in a basic field
I had paid extra to accommodate a bigger vehicle but could have parked a bus there without causing them an issue
When we turned up a couple of people working there just walked past us before eventually coming to transfer us to Heathrow
On our return I called them but because I had been cautious and put a pick up time an hour later than when i called them they said we had to wait the hour.
Then was told we had to either go to long stay car psrk by bus to meet them or pay the exit fee ( this was in the very small print when I checked )to be picked up closer.
Altogether a lot of hassle and definitely would not recommend them or use them again

There was sufficient and let you take a photograph of your speedometer and they look after your car yes nothing to complain about everything was good.

Easy parking, friendly service and on time, if I were to give one little advice would be to invest in a little better/ more comfortable seating for the older generation but otherwise very good 👍

Extremely poor customer service - avoid this parking!

We had a very disappointing experience with this airport parking service.

We booked parking and a transfer for 3:30 a.m. We arrived at 3:10 a.m. and called the number provided. We were told that the transfer would arrive in 20 minutes, which was fine. However, after 30 minutes, we called again and were told to wait another 10 minutes. This continued until around 4:20 a.m.

We were extremely stressed because it was important for us to arrive at the airport well in advance. This is exactly why we had booked the parking with plenty of time to spare. After waiting for over an hour, the driver finally took us to the airport.

When we arrived, the driver told us to call him after landing and said that he would pick us up.

We landed around two hours earlier than our scheduled arrival time. As this was an intercontinental flight, it was obviously difficult to predict the exact time we would be ready for collection. We called the driver after landing, and he said there was no problem and that he would be at the meeting point within 25 minutes.

After waiting for 30 minutes, we called again. He said he was trying to arrange a driver and would let us know. We called again after another hour, and he simply repeated that he was “trying to arrange a driver” and that someone would be there at 10 p.m. We had landed at 6 p.m.!

At this point, after a long journey, being exhausted and hungry, one of us understandably lost patience and firmly asked what time we could actually expect the pickup. The driver then told us that **there would be no driver at all** and hung up.

We were extremely worried because he had the keys to our car. We therefore went to Airport Road Security, who also contacted him. Only after this did a driver finally come to collect us.

Even then, the driver did not take us directly to the parking area. Instead, he drove us to another terminal to pick someone else up. A transfer that should have taken around 30 minutes ended up taking approximately two hours.

This was an incredibly stressful experience from start to finish. We strongly recommend avoiding this parking service. It is simply not worth the stress.

Great secure parking. Website a little ambiguous about retaining keys and pick up process but great accommodating staff ensured an easy trip

Great experience good communication & reasonable price for the park & ride service to Heathrow

Parking was very easy and the transfer to the airport was about 25 minutes as stated. The staff were really helpful at the car park and when dropping off at airport. On return pick up was fine and no problems collecting car at the car park.

Our car was stored safely for a week while we travelled abroad. they are way cheaper than anywhere else. negatives are that they are quite a way from the airport but then you are paying half the price you would pay anywhere else. They are really very sweet people

Competitive rates,friendly staff the only disadvantage is the parking area is open,on rainy days transfers are difficult and also same parking are for night clubs as well,so expect a little trouble from teens on weekends evenings

fantastic service very good price most importantly care for the customers vehicle and great customer service would highly recommend and i shall definitely be using them again

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
When they asked me what time I was booking my car in, I booked 8am thinking I could park my car at my own leisure and hop onto the next so called regular shuttles they provide!!
This is NOT the case. Without notifying me and making me aware of the situation they had an actual car waiting for me at 8am!! (A beaten up scruffy tatty old Mercedes Vito,Which was still there but with the next customers in it)
I arrived shortly after 08:30 only to be told I had missed my transport and I would have to make my own way to the airport! I said 'why cant I get the next regular shuttle/ transport'? He said 'no, all transports are individually booked and there was no more spaces for me anymore'! I asked him 'how am I supposed to get to the airport' and he said 'that wasn't his problem'!! I said to him 'please can you call me a local taxi or provide alternative transport and he said 'no he only just works here and wasn't interested'! So I with my family of 5 had to speed of in my own car to get to Heathrow before my flight check-in closed. I had no time to arrange anything else other then park at Heathrow long stay car park for 2 weeks which ended up costing me £607!!
I've tried contacting but no reply they have even kept the original amount of £72 which I paid upfront at the start of the booking!! And they even have the cheek to keep sending text messages about leaving a good review!!!
By the way the place is like a dump so book here at your own peril!! YOUVE BEEN WARNED

Worked for us, kept car keys. Journey to and from Heathrow fine. Not too long a wait for pick ups, not luxury, but wanted affordable parking.

We recently used JumboParking for the first time whilst away for an extended period of time.

Whilst not located as close to the airport as other parking options the price was excellent and the service provided was also very good and all staff were friendly.

We would definitely use them again.

Poor experience – Do not recommend
Our return flight was delayed by 24 hours, and we informed JumboParking at the first opportunity.

Upon landing, collecting our luggage and clearing customs, we contacted JumboParking using the number provided. We were then told that, because of our delayed arrival, they were too busy to collect us and that we would need to arrange and pay for our own transport to collect our vehicle.

This was extremely disappointing, particularly as we had notified them of the delay as soon as we could. We subsequently contacted JumboParking by email to request an explanation and reimbursement of the additional transport costs(£78), but have received no response.

Very poor customer service and no attempt to resolve the issue. Based on our experience, we would not recommend JumboParking.
