All in all ok, not great but ok, but you have to balance it with the competitive price they charge. A bit out of the way with around 25 mins to get to airport, a bit of hanging around on the way out waiting for the transport and on the way back needing to go to long term carpark by bus to meet drivers rather than being picked up from terminal. Is the messing about worth the saving ? probably yes.

Van turned up well over an hour later than they said. When I asked about it, the guy just shrugged and acted like it was my problem for expecting them to be on time. No apology, no explanation, just dismissive.

The vans are tiny and feel really cheap. Barely any space inside, you’re basically squashed in with your bags. For the price, you’d expect something a bit more decent.

Also, the seatbelts are a nightmare. They’re so short and in such a weird position that it’s actually hard to put them on properly. Felt unsafe the whole ride.

The pickup/drop-off spot didn’t help either. It was some random location with barely any signage, in a parking area that looked pretty unsafe – poorly lit and sketchy, especially at night. Trying to find it with luggage was a pain.

Customer service was poor from start to finish. No one seemed bothered about helping or explaining anything, and questions were met with short, unhelpful answers.

Honestly wouldn’t use them again. Late, no customer care, uncomfortable vans, and a dodgy pickup point.

Good value for long duration parking reasonably close to Heathrow. Service provided was as described, transfer to and from terminal was relatively straightforward and as described in instructions provided on booking

Totally my fault for leaving things a little last m in Ute but tbh the cost and service included by Jumbo parking was amazing, well worth the money and will definitely use again and refer my family and friends there way in the future

Pick up and drop off was great . Very friendly and helpful people too .
Car was not taken for a ride as they asked us to take a picture of the mileage.

Nice people, did what they said they’d do. Dropped us and collected us pretty quickly, car was well looked after. The operation is a little ramshackle, but in quite a charming way!

Not the easiest place to find but help was given on the phone. Very good service and would use again.

The service was excellent. They called me promptly before drop off and collection.

We received calls from the guys at Jumbo parking to make sure we were heading in the right direction, we had missed the turning so this was a great help. We were dropped at the airport in plenty of time and given instructions on what to do on our return. We were met at the airport on our return after the driver called us to advise us on the meeting spot. They brought the car back to us. The whole experience was stress free.

We booked this in an emergency and we're impressed with the price. Maybe we didn't read everything as we were not expecting a further cost of £14 when we arrived to cover the drop off and pick up costs at the airport.

Would however definitely recommend these guys and would use them again.

Jumbo collected us promptly when our arrival time was much later than expected :)
The carpark is some distance from LHR so factor in some travel time.

The price was so reasonable compared to other parking near an airport.

Two things.... trying to find it was a bit of a nightmare as its where a night club was. Maybe needs better sign posting instead of the night club one.
The other was the vans used to drop you off and pick you up, not comfortable or much leg room.

Other than that, if I ever need to fly from Heathrow again I would definitely use Jumbo parking again

Avoid. Communication is really bad. It felt like I have to beg them to pick us up. The person on the phone was very rude.
