Faultless arrangement. Took us to and from T5 park and ride car park (to catch Heathrow shuttle and avoid ridiculous airport pick up and drop off charge) with absolutely no hastle. Will use again.

Left my car for 26 days , paid under £100, the parking itself is a bit far from Heathrow airport itself but you cant complain considering the prise you pay ! My car had no damage or any problem during the period left at the car park . So over all i would recommend Jumbo parking 100% if you are on a budget and want to pay as less as possible

The staff were super friendly and helpful! The price is very reasonable, and even though the car park is a little further from the airport, the transfer was quick and efficient. We had a great experience and I highly recommend them! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great customer service, I was very pleased with their services , sooner as we landed they were happy to come a picked us even we were early than the time we supposed to be picked up and my car was ready to drive off. Thank you

Had to cancel due to family illness. Requested a refund but didn’t receive any response to my emails. Had to dispute this via my bank using their dispute process and my bank then refunded me. Suggest anyone else who has a similar experience does the same.

Polite staff, good pricing.

This con company Jumbo Parking should not be trusted. Their shuttle services are so poor and the passengers are not insured. The drivers are unsafe and your life is in danger to save few quid. Avoid this place. BW Dr K

First time using these guys so all I had to go on was peoples reviews and I was not dissapointed. From the initial contact to saying I was on the way to when I got picked up after my holiday, they were faultless. Clear instructions on where to go for drop off and pick up and the price was very reasonable. I have already booked with you again for my next holiday in 8 weeks time!

Absolutely appalling service –I would never use Jumbo Parking again

Our experience with Jumbo Parking was extremely poor, particularly when we returned following major disruption to our journey.

Despite having paid for the parking service, we were charged additional money and, when our group of 11 passengers arrived at Heathrow, Jumbo Parking collected only 2 passengers and 2 bags, telling us they were “too busy” to collect the rest.

This left the remainder of our group waiting at Heathrow with our luggage and 5 young children.

To make matters worse, after collecting our vehicle we then had to drive ourselves from Jumbo Parking back towards Heathrow approximately 14 miles to collect the family members and children they had left behind.

This completely defeats the purpose of paying for an airport parking service with transfers. After a heavily disrupted international journey, the last thing a family should have to do is organise its own rescue operation because the parking provider says it is too busy.

I would never book Jumbo Parking again and could not recommend them to anyone, particularly families or larger groups who need to be able to rely on the advertised transfer service.

I have retained emails, messages and invoices documenting what happened and can provide them as evidence if required.

This is a good company to use.
We were going on holiday for 4 weeks to usa, which meant parking at Heathrow was SO expensive....we found Jumbo Parking and their prices were very good. It only cost us £125 in August, peak holiday time.

We arrived at 4am to their location, our car was parked for us and we had previously arranged to keep our keys, then was taken by shuttle to Heathrow. On return we rang them when waiting for luggage, then went to the collection point at our terminal and the driver was there within 20-25 minutes.
It was a good experience and would highly recommend them and use again.
Yes its 20 minutes away from Heathrow, and not all hard surface parking but it is where drop off and collection is. My car was absolutely fine the whole time there.

Linked to a company called M Max Ltd who I hope has more integrity than this company who I have been chasing since February for a refund on a parking booking for December. All the muppet at the end of the phone says “send an email”, how many times does one have to email to get a reimbursement then they have the audacity to charge £15 admin fee what admin, I charge £30 an hour maybe I need to bill M Max Ltd for my time.

Very poor shuttle does not run every 15-20 mins as stated I waited 45 mins and then was half hour journey to the terminal and on return waited over an hour and journey back full bashed up van full seatbelts that did not work luggage only
Just fit was asked to out on laps and no suitable child seating car came back with metal debris banging on the bottom as driving and also covered in webs and spiders
