Apart from a long delay getting taken to the airport, which I had given myself plenty of time, the rest was excellent. Pick up was reasonable quick and simple.

The whole experience was great from when we dropped the car off to getting dropped back at Jumbo Parking

The only quibble I have is when we got picked up at the pick up point there was alot of vehicle's so we did know which one was ours, if they supplied vehicle reg then we would have to wait 10 minutes to find the vehicle

We were told on booking to go to Level4 shortstay in T2 at Heathrow on our return journey and they would pick us up there. We rang them whilst reclaiming luggage to be told to go to get a shuttle bus to Longstay Terminal,2!.We did this which is quite stressful when you don't know where you're going and you have just had a 14hour flight. .When we got there(which took a good 20min), after numerous calls asking where they were, we eventually got picked up after a good hour to be told then we had to go to Terminal 4 to pick another family up. When we were calling them it was always we are 5 mins away which obviously was not true.The minivan has seen better days, is dirty and couldn't get the seat belt to work.
Our car was still in compound when we eventually got there. All in all a very traumatic time. Obviously it is cheaper than most , but I would think twice before using them

The staff were simply amazing and helpful.
The return bus had very tight seating or it would have been 5*. For the price paid absolutely no complaints.

A terrible experience from start to finish. I would not recommend Jumbo Parking to anyone.

On the way to the airport, we were put into an extremely cramped van with barely enough room for our feet. It was very uncomfortable and completely unacceptable.

The return journey was even worse. After landing, we had to wait for around two hours before the shuttle finally came to pick us up and take us back to the parking area. After a long flight, this was absolutely unacceptable.

The condition of the parking facility was also very disappointing. The photos and videos online make the location look clean and well maintained, but the reality was completely different. The place was messy, poorly maintained, and looked more like a temporary camp than a professional parking facility.

Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience. 0 out of 10. I would never use Jumbo Parking again and definitely would not recommend it to anyone looking for airport parking at London Heathrow

Value for money, on time and very pleasant staff.

Quick pickup however the mini bus was a Nissan with seats in the back which are no higher than about12 inches from the floor therefore your knees are bent right up and there is no space in front to stretch your legs out. On top of that there is no seatbelt on the rear middle seat. We were picked up from Lhr, family of 5 with youngest child aged 9 and the journey can only be described as horific. The speedometer in the mini bus is in Kim’s and in a 40mph zone (most of the journey) the drives was doing 145kmph which equates to approx. 90mph. The van was rattling and we were being thrown around all over the place , there was no consideration whatsoever. Once we reached the parking lot the driver handed over the keys to our vehicle, got in his car and drove off.
Please be aware, we will not be using them again!

To cut a long story short, service was cancelled within good time and no refund given. They refuse to communicate, ignore e mails, and tell big fat porkies on the phone.
Please check out the other bad reviews on google etc. There is a good chance your car will be damaged, left unsecured or just plain ripped off.
I wish you all the luck in the world if you choose this cheap but awful company. You have been warned!

Very disappointing service – hidden £14.50 charge and poor parking/transfer experience

I booked Jumbo Parking for Heathrow and paid £56.25 for the parking service.

The biggest issue was the airport transfer charge. The website stated repeatedly that the shuttle service was “completely free”, and the service was advertised as being 15–20 minutes from the terminals. However, when I dropped off my car, I was told I had to pay an additional £14.50 for the transfer. This charge had not been disclosed on the website or in the terms and conditions before I booked. It only appeared in the booking email I received after I had already paid, under the small print, easily missed. I paid it because I needed to get to the airport so didn't want to risk any delays.

The parking area was also very different from the impression given by the photographs on the website. The website shows what appears to be a properly prepared, solid parking surface, whereas the actual facility was a dusty, uneven field with potholes. There was also a significant amount of dust in the air from the dry ground making the cars visibly dirty.

The return transfer was another major problem. My booked collection time was 13:00. My flight landed at 12:00 and I notified the company at 12:15, so they had plenty of notice that I'd be on time. Despite this, I was not collected until 14:22 — 82 minutes after my booked collection time. There was no substantial traffic, we made another pick up at another terminal on the way, I got to my car at 15:15 (2 hours 15 after my booked pick up time, nowhere near what was promised on the website)

I have asked the company for a refund of the £14.50 transfer fee, which is not legal according to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 - if they don't refund this I'll contact the regulator instead.

Extremely poor and unacceptable service.

After landing at Heathrow Terminal 3, we repeatedly contacted Jumbo Parking to arrange our collection. Despite being told the driver was there, we could not find him and made numerous calls trying to locate him.

When the driver eventually arrived, he stopped away from the agreed pick-up point despite there being available space. My husband was visibly waving to him while I was standing with luggage and my 9-year-old child, who was unwell after the flight.

I walked over to the vehicle and asked the driver to open the door. Instead, the doors remained locked and he drove away without taking us, leaving us stranded at Heathrow.

We eventually had no choice but to pay for an Uber and travel to Jumbo Parking ourselves to collect our vehicle.

I have WhatsApp messages with timestamps, extensive call records, the Uber journey/payment record, and the incident took place in an area covered by Heathrow CCTV, so I am prepared to substantiate this account if required.

Completely unacceptable treatment of a family with a sick child. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Jumbo Parking.

Great experience. Parking is so expensive these days so Jumbo was affordable. I was able to keep my keys. If you don't mind parking in a bumpy field and a getting a dusty car it's perfect, but who cares about that really. Only 20 mins or so from the airport. Thanks so much!

Very disappointed with this company. They had said to call at customs for pick up and wait in level 3 pick up point, we waited for almost 2h, it was hot and we were waiting with 2 children of which one was feeling ill. I had emailed in the morning before I took the flight from Dubai with detail of pick up and luggage but they did not reply. We landed at 14:40, called at 15:00 and reached our car at 17:40. On top of all- we ended up picking another passenger in terminal 5 before being dropped off to our car- they did not inform us of that either.
I do agree with another reviewer who gave a 1, this is not a place I would use again.
There is no reception, it is a field in the middle of no where. Communication is poor. We had to pay for the parking inside Heathrow to drop and pick up- which was not stated on their website.
Highly disappointed. Never again. A score of 1 is generous. On top of this the person of the other side of the call was so rude.
We booked it out of no choice, it was cheap enough and it stated that it was 20 mins from airport but actually it is 30 mins!

Friendly staff we were expecting a long wait between arrival at the car park and drop off at the airport and same again on our return, but it was no more than half an hour plus the 25 min drive.

Had to wait a while before being picked up on arrival. But overall the experience was good, cheaper than other car parks, so very satisfied.

It's cheap and easy but be warned they charge another £14,50 for them dropping you off and picking you up other than that I would use them again

On time pickup and drop. Very professional. Good location outside ULEZ.

they will not comply with their own T's and C's with respect to allowing me to cancel. They simply ignore me and will not give me the refund
