We will Never use Jumbo parking again. They are thieves! And a BIG scandal. They have all sorts of extras in the small print which is no where on their website! They charge you extra to get to the terminal, and extra to keep your key! If your flight is delayed and you run late, they will leave you hanging for hours on end! BEWARE!

I'm bewildered at the positive reviews. Here's my unbiased experience:
The website doesn't disclose the truthful location. It says the transfer is 20 minutes. The 'car park' (it's a field) is in Denham, which is in Buckinghamshire - at least 30 minutes from any Heathrow terminal. You only get this bad news in the booking confirmation and if you plan your journey based on their advice, you're more likely to arrive at the airport with less time than you thought.
The instructions say to report to 'reception' on arrival. There is no reception. It's a field, with no buildings, no staff present and one portaloo (which I didn't use).
The website says you get to keep your keys. You don't. They take them from you, claiming that they have to move your car. They didn't move my car - but they do ask you to take a photo of your mileage when you park up - presumably people are worried that their car will be used as a transfer taxi while they are away. I've never been asked to do that before.
I booked the correct category (size of vehicle) for my 7 seater - which attracts a price premium - not because it takes up a bigger parking space - there are no parking spaces - it's an empty field. They charge extra because they can. Upon arrival, I was told I would have to pay extra because my car was bigger than the category I had booked. It isn't. They didn't raise it again.
Upon arrival, I was informed that the standard service is to be dropped off at another airport car park, so we could get to the terminal using one of THEIR buses. If I want to be dropped off at the terminal I have to cover the £7 per visit drop off charge. That charge is not their fault, but the omission of that charge in their standard pricing is misleading - and they know it. So I immediately had to pay a further £14 upon arrival, which feels like ransom money.
If there is more than one customer / group going to the same terminal, I don't know if they spread that cost among the group, or add it to everybody's bill.
Most off-airport car park booking systems ask for your departure and return times. I usually add an hour or so to my return time, assuming this is my exit time from the car park. It is not explained that they take this time as the pickup time from your terminal. So, upon my return, when I called at 0730 to tell them I had arrived and had my bags, I was told it didn't matter, my pickup time was 0830 as that's what I'd put on the booking. So I had to wait an hour - because they don't have shuttles running every 15 minutes or so, like many other services, they come and get you at the time of the booking, so if your time changes, I assume you just have to wait until the next time one of their 3 vehicles happens to be coming by. I was told to go to the pickup point, level 3 in the Terminal 3 short-stay car park. So I dragged my luggage up there, which is a bit of a slog, but no big deal. Then, after waiting for a while, I got a call to say the approach was a bit busy, and, instead, could I go back down to the drop off point outside Terminal 3 as that would be easier for my driver - he had other passengers to collect from Terminal 4 (which added 15 minutes to my return journey), 1hr45 minutes total.

If you're a business user, you need a VAT receipt. I asked my driver how I get one as it's not provided with the booking confirmation (in the terms, under VAT receipt there is some excuse about the booking being taken by another company, but it doesn't say how to get one - so this looks like avoidance). The driver (a nice enough guy) poked at his phone (while driving - always on his phone while driving as he also appears to be the receptionist), then he said something about sorting it later, or emailing to the 'office'. So I emailed. No reply. I've called. No reply. I've emailed a second time. No reply.

What's most irritating is the dishonesty in the promotion and presentation of this business. It actually works - I got to the airport, I got back and my car was still in one piece, albeit covered in an inch of dust. It took longer, was more of a pain than other services, but it was, even with extra charges, probably cheaper than others.

If, on the website, they were honest about the fact that somebody has a shitty field in Denham, half an hour from the airport. The security is non-existant, the field like a scrapyard with abandoned cars and junk piled up around the edges. It's dusty (in the dry) and I imagine muddy (when wet) and the transfer buses are beaten up and would be at home on the set of Mad Max, (mine didn't have an undented panel and was showing a quarter of a million miles on the clock), it's likely you're going to be kept waiting if you turn up early or late, then I might still have used them. But the dishonestly in how the business presented itself and the gaps between the expectation they set and the actual quality of the service made it feel very dodgy, so I won't be using them again.

DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY! I paid a surcharge for a large car to be able to transport my whole group, and was then told that if I insist on the whole group being transported by them, I would have to wait a long time and I should come with only one person. So I had to drop my whole group off at the airport and then go to the company and pay the drop-off charge at Heathrow. And then when I go back my flight was delayed by an hour, and I was told that I would have to get my own taxi at my own charge to pick up my car. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Do not book with these lot this is absolutely ridiculous they have taken 1 hour to collect us from the airport once we have returned from a long flight we have been waiting around and nobody has been communicating honestly with us. Nobody should book with these lot they take the payment first and don’t care about you waiting around. When the driver arrived he found it funny that we have been waiting around and laughed in our face they are so unprofessional.

Lovely experience. This is the second time i have parked with Jumbo parking, never had any problem with them. It might take them a while to come get you but they do try their best, would recommend to anyone I know.

The location was easy to find and the staff were friendly. The drive to the airport was easy and when we were picked up we were called when we arrived and arranged for us to be collected. I would recommend jumbo parking and will be using them again for our next trip.

Good price, as Heathrow airport car park is sincerely rip off.

Not a prime location, but transfer to airport straight away, picked up on my return, less than 30 min after calling them.

Jumbo Parking was excellent, the whole process was smooth. When we arrived we was greeted and told where to park. We were then taken to the Airport. Upon our return we called to be collected, they informed us where to go to be picked up and arrived shortly after. Highly recommend 5stars!

Excellent service

Didn't have any problems at all using JUMBO parking. We called before we got there & was met at the gate. Parked up & loaded the luggage into a people carrier. Took about 20 mins to get dropped right outside terminal 2.
As soon as we got back & through immigration we called them. Whilst collecting our cases the driver(Arun) called to say he was there. 20 mins later we were on the road home to leic's.
We'll definitely use them again.
