Jumboparking Avis 

I had a great experience with Jamboo Parking. I left my car with them while traveling to KSA, and when I returned, everything was exactly as I had left it. The service was reliable, professional, and gave me peace of mind. I found the service was cheaper than any parking in Heathrow. I would definitely use Jamboo Parking again and recommend them to others.

This was our second time using Jumbo Parking. The whole process from start to finish was so easy.
The information received is clear and helpful.
Parking the car and the shuttle to our terminal was super efficient.
On return the bus was with us really quickly.
The price was really good too.
Overall, I cant fault the service and will 100% use them again.

Worst customer service and theives. Booked parking on 15 December 2025. Cancelled the parking shortly after paying, and never received a refund. Was given all sorts of excuses. The machine not working. Its half a year later and still nothing. If only you could give zero stars.

About half hour from Heathrow.had a half hour wait on getting picked up on return.Would use again.

The space is a little rough but otherwise great value for money, super helpful and friendly staff

Everything worked like clockwork, communication was clear and timely, drivers were friendly and courteous. The price was good. I would have given a five if the parking location was closer.

Total rip of biggest bunch of cowboys since John Wayne waited 2hrs on return cars are dumped in a field no security or cameras refuse to cancel and refund bookings once you have paid they don't reply to you nothing on website is true I contacted citizens advice and trading standards I am not the only one either

Absolute nightmare experience. We landed at Heathrow at 8:00 PM and ended up waiting over two hours for the shuttle bus. I was stranded with little children late at night, and by nearly midnight, we were forced to give up and order an Uber just to get to our car.Be warned: this car park is nowhere near Heathrow Airport, despite how it is advertised. The transfer takes far too long, the compound itself is completely unpaved, and my car was covered in dirt and mud when we finally arrived.Saving a bit of money is not worth the extreme stress, massive delays, and extra Uber fees. I will never use Jumbo Parking again and strongly advise families to look elsewhere

Absolutely do NOT book this parking. The premises is not signposted, and it's very difficult to believe you've actually arrived where you're going to leave your car! The welcome emails talks of a reception - there isn't one. You loiter in a car park, lucky for us it wasn't raining! As instructed I called the number 30 minute before we arrived, and the guy moaned at me for waking him up!!!! He then rolled up to transport us to the airport (we booked this parking because it was advertised as 24hr), and made us wait over half an hour for others to arrive, meaning we were late getting to the airport for our flight. The cars are parked in a very uneven, muddy field. They try hard to dissuade you from keeping your keys. Then there was the transfer vehicle and the journey itself to the airport. The vehicle did not have useable seatbelts, the seats were bench type with no headrests, there was trim hanging off the vehicle, and dents in the bodywork. The driving was atrocious. Imagine the worst driving you've encountered, and it doesn't come close. We were charged an additional £14.50 ( for 2 people) to be dropped at the airport terminal, as were the two other couples who shared the transfer. When we arrived at the terminal the signs clearly said there was a charge of £7 per visit, (vehicle) so they'd inflated this charge by £36.50!

Good service with a reasonable prices …All you need to go to a car wash after you collect it…

Cheap parking great welcome, great transfer.
Cons very uneven dirt compound but we expected that.
Return picked up within 40 minutes bags loaded and very helpful
They also checked the car 2 days before pick up to ensure battery was OK as the car was left for 8 weeks
Would I use again definitely but just be mindful it is no frills parking So cars parked will get dusty/ dirty

Won't refund me my money for cancelling booking with 5 day notice, as they didn't answer until less than 48 hours. Cowboy company, book with 5Star and get good service.

The parking is a good price, but it is a good 20 min from Heathrow. The transport taking us to the airport br9ke down on the ramp up to the drop off at T2. The driver jumped out of the transport, no hazard lights, left us in the vehicle and started hunting under the bonnet. He fixed it, but a vehicle nearly ran into the back of us.
On return, the instructions are to call for the pick-up when you reach customs. It was a long walk from the gate (and my wife is disabled, so slow). Then there is immigration and baggage collection first, and I had no signal. On reaching customs I found I had 6 missed calls from Jumbo, so I called. The guy on the other end did not sound very pleased that I had not already called.
On reaching level 4 of the car park, we then waited a good 30 minutes before our pick up arrived. The pick up guys were very pleasant.

TITLE: AVOID AT ALL – NOT TO BE TRUSTED

I am leaving this review to warn everyone – please do not use Jumbo Parking.

I cancelled my booking the very same day I made it, weeks before it was due to start, but they refused to give me my money back and only offered a credit note I don’t want. When I called to sort it out, they hung up on me.

After reading so many other reviews, I can see this is normal. Many customers report careless handling of cars, damage, rude staff, and being ignored when they need help or a refund. It feels like they care more about keeping your cash than looking after your vehicle or treating people fairly.

Save yourself the stress and risk. Choose a different parking provider – there are plenty of better, more honest ones out there.

Safe place to park. I would recommend it to everyone. Definitely is going to be my regular parking when flying from LHR

Easy booking, great service, incredible value. The drivers were great and the drop off and pick up from the airport was very prompt. Thank you. We will definitely use again.

The guys from Jumbo parking were helpful and communicative at every stage.

After dropping us off at our hotel, the shuttle driver called to say that my daughter had left her little bag on the seat - 20 minutes later he dropped it off with us. Great service and very kind!

I'll be using them again for my next trip via Heathrow.

This is a good value service but there are a few things to be aware of. 1) The car park is near Gerrards Cross, about 30 mins from Heathrow. 2) It is a field next to a farm. 3) You have to pay an extra £15 to be dropped/collected in the terminal, otherwise it is the free drop-off. 4) The transfer is in an old van or car. 5) We waited 1 hour 15 mins for collection with no advice of how long it might take. They don't monitor incoming flights.
Apart from that it's cheap and cheerful :-)
