Please do not book with this Company. If I could give it 0 stars I would. On arrival at the premises at 3.00am which is in the back of beyond next to a Nightclub which looks to be closed down I called the number supplied and a man turned up to open the gates, we drove into an over grown field, full of pot holes, rubbish strewn everywhere and looks like a tip, no sign of cctv cameras and security lights as advertised and certainly nothing like the pictures on this webpage we were told where to park the car and asked for our car keys, the website clearly shows that you keep the car keys, I questioned this and was advised that to do this costs extra, it's in the small print. Not of a mind to argue at this point as we needed to get to the airport we gave our keys, to which we were told we would probably have a flat battery by the time we got back as we were parking for a month, no idea why he should say this, we jumped into the shuttle bus, this was actually a dirty, filthy minibus which I am not sure was roadworthy and doubt it is licensed to carry passengers, his driving was pretty erratic to say the least, we were due to go to Terminal 4 but he took us to the Long Stay Car park where you then get a shuttle bus, the website shows they take you to the terminal, this incurs an additional cost, again it's in the small print. On arrival back in the UK we called to see where we were to be collected, the driver arrived in the shuttle bus, again this was a dirty scruffy vehicle, the driver spent the entire journey on his phone, speaking in his own language, driving erratically and speeding, we certainly did not feel safe, or like a valued customer. This company is a complete and utter sham, the website is extremely misleading, run by rude people who offer a very poor service with no customer service skills.

They advertise free cancellation which is not the case, I cancelled within 48hours as stated by them to get a full refund . I had 1 message back which said there would be a £15 charge or put it on hold to not have to pay this . I didn't want to do that as not sure when I would be using Heathrow again . I've now emailed 4 times regarding a refund and have been ignored, currently I'm online to customer services who are also ignoring my message.

We arrived 10 minutes after my booking time, we then was advised that we missed our shuttle and would need to wait an hour for the next one. This was not stipulated in the booking confirmation. So we then had to pay 50.00 for an uber to the airport.

We then return home, I sent over my flight details for Jumbo parking to monitor and make sure our flight was on time etc via WhatsApp, I also messaged once we landed and then again once we collected our lugged. I had a response of ok. I then called them to see where we had to go as again this was not explained. Once we ask around the airport where we should go we then had to wait 1hr 20 mins for the transfer to our car. Laughable now but the driver on route to our car (in the field) was receiving calls non stop with customers asking where they need to go and also when they are being picked up 🤦🏽‍♀️.

Oh and forgot to mention, I booked this car park (field) as it stipulated you could keep yours keys, when I said this the chap on site then said no, if you want to keep your keys you will need to pay and extra £15.00. So all in all the summary is I will not be using this service again. It is also around 20-25 mins from Heathrow.

Reasonably priced. Efficient transfer to and from airport. Good communication. Rough parking ground which was fine in dry weather. A sign at the entrance would be helpful.

Best price by miles. Had to wait around for a while on the way out whilst waiting for another customer to turn up so transfer to LHR was not particularly speedy. Return at 0600 was much better. An investment in a better transfer vehicle might be a good idea but I should not complain given the very good for two weeks parking. Drivers friendly and helpful. Overall quite satisfactory

Price was good value, but there’s an extra £16 to pay £8 entrance into Heathrow drop off/pick up.
Don’t expect posh, it’s a field your car is parked in. Minibus seating is a bit cramped 30min transfer. Seats 8 people. Plenty of room for cases.
We were asked to photograph the car and mileage to check at end, (2wks) everything was fine.
Staff were lovely. Would use again.

Terrible. No care for their customers whatsoever, argumentative and passive aggressive workers. As well as workers who don’t take complaints seriously and tell you that you arrived 3 days late when it was actually 1.5 hours late?

Claims “hassle free” drop off and pick up in a shuttle, and that they “expect the unexpected” with regards to delays, but left us stranded in Heathrow as they were “under staffed due to Eid” and could not pick us up from the airport. We had to fork out for a taxi which they also refused to pay for even though their lack of staffing is not our fault.

Unacceptable and shocking service, multiple emails ignored and they did not take any of my complaint seriously.

Terrible place in the middle of nowhere. Parking is in a muddy field. There is no signage for this car park which is next to an abandoned nightclub. There is no reception. No paperwork, keys are just handed over to the transfer driver, no receipt for vehicle/keys. Transfer vehicles (car and van) are dirty, old and seat belts don't work. I doubt wether they are licensed to carry passengers
On our return we followed instructions to go to Park & Ride. However when we called, they made us get off the airport carpark bus because they'd changed the pick up point. It took 2 hours to transfer back to car park.
This place needs shutting down.

Overall a positive experience, good customer service and communication throughout the process.

Great parking experience little distance away from the airport but that's fine the only downside was and reason I'm give four stars was because once you get in the car park it is very uneven ground and a couple of times I did ground out other than that very nice staff very easy to contact easy to get on with and for the price and the extra your pay to go to the terminal Its still actually cheaper than other parking , really enjoyed it so thank you very much

It took 3 hours to get back to our car from the time we called. We waited an hour for the shuttle bus to arrive and then we had to go to two different terminals to pick up another four adults, a child and a baby, along with all of their luggage and a pushchair which was rammed in front of me against my shins. After 24h of travel this is not really acceptable, probably it never is. We won’t be using them again.

Very convenient,and not expensive compared to other local car parks

It's a no frills parking facility but it's everything it needs to be. Secure, safe, outside ulez, a bit rural rather than urban.
The staff were efficient and great and also not to anal about everything. A relaxed approach but with commitment to the priorities.
I will be going Back to Jumbo parking the next time I travel from Heathrow

ease please don’t use this company they should not be allowed to run a business, they have completely taken the Mickey. Firstly you turn up there’s no lights no signs, they take to the airport in a disgusting dirty clapped out car, then want to charge you £14.50 to drop you at the airport, if you don’t pay this they drop you at a bus stop & you have to get a bus to where your going. They then moved my car got it filthy & left it in locked it was only because I have an app on my phone that I locked it. Then when I rang them to collect us after our holiday the refused to collect is & said we had to get a taxi!!! At 11.30pm at night, we got a taxi which cost £95 & I have tried for days to get the money back & they will not give it to me they say I should have waited for them to collect me !! Absolutely disgusting !! They should not be allowed to offer any such service. DO NOT USE

Absolutely awful experience. We returned yesterday and arrived an hour earlier than scheduled. We always also allow extra time to get through customs and collect luggage so we don’t overstay the time booked. When phoning up the employee stated we would only get collected at the leaving time. I explained I have never experienced this before and when calling up usually get collected soon after. Not this time…

They wanted to collect others also so we were made to wait 1.20 hours on level 4 pick up and in total 2 hours from calling the number.

When arrived the car had been left in a v v dusty location and under a tree. The brakes had also collected dust whilst parked in the space which took time to clear.

Truly shocking experience and will never use again.. definitely not recommended.

Very good experience. Dropped off and picked up in good time. It’s nice being a little way from the airport as didn’t have to drive in the heavy airport traffic. Will definitely use again if flying out of Heathrow

Jumbo Parking Winkers Farm Denham Lane SL9 0QH Booked for 1st May 2026 for 18 days.

This company is an absolute disgrace and their customer service has been nothing short of appalling. I cancelled my booking after my husband suffered a seizure on March 28th and was diagnosed with a brain tumour — a situation no one could ever plan for. Any decent company would show basic humanity and issue a prompt refund. Instead, this one has shown nothing but stonewalling, dishonesty, and a complete lack of integrity. I have called, emailed, messaged, and even sent a written letter. On the rare occasion someone answers the phone, they promise a refund… and then vanish. No follow‑up. No action. No accountability. Just empty words and deliberate avoidance. This company has shown zero integrity, zero empathy, and zero interest in resolving issues. They seem far more focused on keeping money they are not entitled to than on building any kind of trustworthy reputation. They have shown zero compassion, zero professionalism, and zero respect for us as a customer. Based on my experience, I strongly advise prospective customers to exercise caution. If you value honesty, reliability, or basic human decency, go elsewhere!
