Couldn’t have called a less helpful…
Couldn’t have called a less helpful seller. Every point had a negative response and clearly these people don’t want to work for a sale. Probably why they have such limited stock.
Edit to add post reply: No other seller asked for a budget and as a consequence I have bought a van with a reputable and mature dealership. That sale easily could have gone A37’s way if they had been more customer focused. Their loss.

When you initially called we asked you for your budget/magic figure that you are looking to spend on your next purchase. At this stage you wouldn't give us this this figure. With no budget/ideal figure your looking to spend this makes it impossible to deal with you. A bit of common sense goes a long way......... Not sure how we can supply you with a vehicle without knowing your requirements. This is like trying to buy a house and refusing to inform the estate agent what you want to spend .The reason our stock is low at present is because everything is selling so fast and the demand is higher than the supply at present. Thank you you for purchasing your vehicle elsewhere don't want to be anymore confused. In 15 years of selling commercial vehicles this is the first time a customer has wished to purchase a vehicle but the figure they are looking to spend is a big secret.

Came to A37vans with the issues of a needing an updated remap for my Astra h 1.8vvt . Lovely gentleman Elliot took the time to listen and understand the nature of which I was searching .he took the time to get all the correct information and asked for anything additional I would like added to the remap, took him for a drive after the map to test for any issues .non were found but the overall performance is something to be admired , I had a stage 2 remap smooth power delivery but consistent with no flat spots and would Happily point anyone in there direction , kind considerate and informative and a excellent job well done

Honest people
Honest people. .Had a issue with my van and they got it repaired within a couple of hour and a new starter motor fitted great after care ! Will be buying my next van there and recommending to friends and family 👍
