I paid for the course and did not…
I paid for the course and did not complete it. they said my purchase expired to learn the materials. and they would not 'renew' what i paid for. i emailed and they stood firm saying its been too long. how can what i purchase expire? this isn't a loaf of bread, its course material i paid to have access to. its not a subscription, if thats the case then they should make that clear. any other online education you can purchase outright and take your time or subscribe - this pricing scheme is predatory.

It's been years since I've obtained a food handlers card out of the state of Washington. I'm in need of one so that I can gain employment again, in the food industry,so by studying the courses in full helped understand that there has been more changes and alot of safety precautions that we need to learn of and enforce to prevent illnesses to society. The information was good and clearly explained. There were specifics I didn’t know about food handling that I will put into practice while working and at home. It’s better to be safe than sorry. The lessons was quite long, for me, but that’s understandable because of the amount of information.

Newbie at Food Handling and this course was just what I needed!
The training was thorough and easy to understand. Downside is that you are not told what percent of the answers you got correct nor told which questions you got wrong so that you could learn from your mistakes.
