I’ve been buying from Aaliyah Collections for about 2 years now and I absolutely love the quality of the abayas. Additionally, the Abayas are also affordable and some even come with matching hijabs and or slip dresses (if it’s an open Abaya). The designs are absolutely stunning!!

they have such pretty abayas and a full range from casual everyday abayas to occasion abayas. I love ordering from them and the quality is very good.

ive emailed twice for a return- no response, really dissappointed and will not buy again. I then get two emails telling me to remove my review .

I feel a condition has been placed on me to return the item within 2 working days when trading standards issues a 14 day return policy.
So I’ve decided I’m going to donate my abaya to a needy young woman as I do not feel confident that I will even get my refund (reading all the other 1 star reviews! )if I don’t remove my review. ! Bitterly disappointed and upset with my mistreatment- it’s very disheartening when Muslims behave like this with other Muslims. A simple ‘we are sorry we haven’t met your expectations’ or an automated response to enquiries stating they will get back to me asap would have meant that I wouldn’t have felt ignored! I now know NOT to order from this company and will encourage my friends and family to not order . I notice other customers have had similar experiences of this business not responding to refund requests! So it’s not just me
I hope my purchase and my intentions to give it to charity are sadaqah jariya for me - and Allah knows best

I initially loved the abayas and bought it multiple times and as I got more confident in the products and the quality of the items I started buying the more expensive embellished items. Unfortunately on two separate occasions a large amount of beads/embellishments fell off the first time I wore it. I did reach out to the company (with images) as now the items are unwearable and as I try to be a conscientious shopper I did not feel this is good for the environment or for a consumer and I did not think the brand had a fast fashion ethos but more a sustainable re-wearable investment modest wear seller. It took me a very long time to hear back and sadly all that was said in response is that there is a disclaimer stating embellishments can fall off items so it was very dismissive (not that I saw that on the website so maybe other future customers will not know plus I double checked and still couldn’t see it on the product description). I did go on to ask what can be done to achieve a more sustainable resolution such as re-embellishing so it can be re-worn etc but no resolution. I was offered a discount on a future order (10% which later changed to 15% because I pointed out that they already had 10% off online) which is a nice gesture but unfortunately did not help to rectify the initial problem which is that the abaya with a hefty price tag has been made to wear one time, if even that as the beads fell off as I was wearing it at a party and the other abaya the beads fell off on Eid. Disclaimer on my side that this has happened significantly on two abayas and previously on a smaller scale on another abaya so 3. I have many other plain abayas with no problem. Customer service was very slow and I believe they were purposely ignoring my emails and I think they only responded because I also contacted via social media; I hope not as I really want to trust that this company has some ethics since they are selling Islamic clothing. I must add that I feel response times are very fast when you are buying or querying a purchase and marketing is being posted non stop but you do not get that fast pace response when you have a problem with your item so buy with caution.

The quality of abaya fabric is very good..well finished. The staff is quite approachable and helpful on emails. Based on personal experience through email interaction.

I ordered a hijab and tried to return it , it wasn’t clear at all on the website that you cannot return a hijab!!! Shocking
My first and last order with them avoid at all costs , there are so many other places that offer refunds , it took me several attempts to even get in touch with them! What a stressful shopping experience

I ordered an Everyday Abaya With Pockets. The pockets were very small. The material itself is a 'sticky' type of material and is very thin. The Abaya is not loose fitting so I ordered the next size up. This meant, i paid for postage for my first order and the return postage. They exchanged my order for the next size up, but of course it was long (which i knew it would be but it's fine I can hem it). One of the abayas was also damaged because the tag had snagged the material. I asked to return that item and I asked for a return label which i received. They refunded me after i emailed them (after 2 weeks). And i thought it was very cheeky that they also charged me for the return label even though the item was damaged and they didnt tell me they would knock it off the refund!!

Update: Thanks for your reply @aaliyacollections. I kept my response to prove I was wrong about the postage and to be transparent. Your absolutely right, I did keep the other 2 abayahs. I'm going away for pilgrimage and was in desperate need! I would have returned the other two also. But definitely had to return the white one as it was damaged. A friend then mentioned some in our local market which were £10 and with pockets and I could see the difference in the quality (the local ones were much nicer). Super sorry!

Amazing abayas and hijabs.The only place i buy all my abayas from due to the intricate designs and premium quality. Also, delivery is amazing, i always receive my products within 2 days.
