The quality of the dresses were good…
The quality of the dresses were good and the customer service is very good, because there was a belt missing from one of the dresses that I ordered and when I emailed customer services they sent me one straight away

I orderd L size in blue and black maxi…
I orderd L size in blue and black maxi dress it was too Larg but I wear size 16 so should have fit.anyway on my cost I returned and I also got refund but the downside they deduct my delivery charge also I have to pay to return on my own.
Now I really liked the style and colour i orderd in SIZE S , that dress arrived and the dress had a sign of worn and also no buttons on both cuffs on the sleeve.
I asked them to discount the dress as I didnt want hassal again ,they said you can max have 15% OFF OR RETURN IT.
NOT REALLY IMPRESSED FIRST TIME ORDERD VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

Love the things I bought and outstanding customer service! I accidentally left out my door number on the order and they responded so quickly and helped ship the item to the correct address within a few days!

The outfit i ordered was wayyyyy too big despite it being an extra small. It's quality was not like in the picture, was very thin. However, it did arrive quick and when I sent it back, I was given an immediate refund, so that was very reassuring.

Not accurate info
I enquired about a dress and was told it wont be back in stock. I checked a week or 2 later and it is back in stock. So it was a bad experience because in the meantime I ordered a different one which was not my first choice.

Clothes size labelled wrong…
Overall the clothes are usually sized correctly and material is good quality. However on this occasion I ordered 3 large size items (1 dress and 2 co ords) in a sale and unfortunetly 1 of the co ords in pink was sized completely wrong. It was more of a small couldn't even get it on but had a large label. Emailed customer service and they just said that it's made to a 'fitted large'. That is utterly rubbish response as fitted or loose large should fit if ordered.. Not impressed Aapas
