First time ever buying from Aapas and the experience was HORRIBLE as I bought a gift for my friend the item arrived all open and in an awful torn bag absolutely disgusting customer service. 1🌟 only because there is nothing less than that!!

Poor quality
Really disappointed with the quality. Fabric was very flimsy and sheer. Not really modest ironically.
Thread work also wasn't great quality, you could buy a better quality piece on the high street in the sales at less price.

‘Luxury brand’ not luxury customer service
I ordered the black jumper co ord set priced at £37.99. I noticed the top was damaged, it had a hole in it. Upon speaking to customer services I asked for a partial refund, half to be precise, as my mom is a tailor and she can fix it for me.
The refund I received £3.69. Yeah such a luxury experience.
Do not recommend at all.

Beads falling off
The dresses were nice, but unfortunately the beads on my dress were falling off within few hours of wearing it, the first time l wore it so therefore am dissapointed
