Every piece is modest and elegant
Absolutely love the dresses at Aapas, modest and reasonably priced. I always wait for the new collection to buy more and you guys never disappoint. My sisters always laugh and say are you going to ur aapas again because Im always shopping at Aapas.

Okay but received the wrong colour
Reasonable delivery time, however I received the item in the wrong colour. My cousin had also placed an order and had also received the item in the wrong color. As there was 1 week left before Eid she asked if it would be possible for Aapas to correct the issue and get the item in the right colour delivered for Eid but was told no. As I required an Eid outfit I kept mine, in wrong color. Disappointing that there was no attempt made to correct the issue. Wouldn’t order for an occasion like Eid again

Wrong order
Ordered the naia kaftan in the blue tone shade as this was the only one available at the time. Received my package and was sent the pink one. When i called to notify the store they stated there was a mix up on most of the orders and there is nothing they can do as they will not be restocking the item. Will not be buying here again!

Awful! Sent the wrong order and then expected me to email other departments to resolve the matter! My order was went to someone else and was asked to wait for the customer to return it so they could send it out again! Never using them again

So just as another lady has wrote a few days ago, I was also sent a kaftan in the wrong colour, rang customer service, the woman showed 0 remorse completely tried to fob me off, i asked for complaints line and she told me to email them which i did, i was told it was to do with the wrong image (lies) as clearly they have sent other people wrong colors too, I'm familiar with online trade, so they just can't be bothered to be truthful. I was then told someone would contact me, but 3 days almost and nobody has called, I have emailed twice.. still no reply and no return generated, its downright pathetic, and this buisness cannot get away with treating customers like this

The outfit was exactly as described, I find it hard to find clothes for tall people and this Co ord does not disappoint. It is a very comfy material with alot of room for stretch. Perfect.

Incorrect items and poor customer service
Ordered Eid outfits all of them came in the wrong colour. They sent a return label so we could send back but a week before Eid knew they couldn’t deliver the right colour. Not good enough. They didn’t even seem genuinely apologetic. I don’t know where these kinds of businesses get off with their poor customer service but I think there’s no chance in hell they’d learn from their mistakes either. Never again. Thanks for nothing!!

Poor quality fabric
I bought a kameeze and the fabric is very thin my finger got caught in in a part of the design and it ripped very easily
