My 2 girls love this food
My 2 girls love this food. I have a lab who will eat anything but a fussy Jack Russell it’s so nice to be able to just buy the one type. Also ordered in the evening when I realised I was running low and it arrived the very next morning. Amazing thank you! 🙂

Better than most other dried foods but sadly also most costly
This is probably the most costly complete dried dogfood available in the UK but it seems to be very well tolerated. The subscription service offers a better price, although the indicated amount the dog needs means he will likely run out before the earliest scheduled next delivery. The delivery service for the first instalment was good but it is not available locally so it will be an issue if we have any delivery delays. Buying direct is better than via Amazon subscription.

I’ve been subscribing for a couple of months for AATU wet tinned food for dogs which my dog enjoys very much. I wanted to mix up the flavours so attempted to amend my subscription (and miserably failed). Spoke to customer service (Rina) who was fantastic, efficient and sorted the amendment straight away (and advised me how to correctly amend in future). A very good experience with customer services who practically answered my call immediately after one or two option selections (a rarity in this day and age). A good experience. Thanks Rina!

I do think the tinned food is good…
I do think the tinned food is good value and of high quality but this time I kept getting badgered about one flavour was short on stock and would I like to change it? I got this email every day! As a subscriber is it beyond the wit of you to KNOW what people have ordered and make sure stocking is smooth and professional? It is amateur of you and irritating to the customer to get these kinds of messages when we know what we want and in most instances DON'T want to change
