Your reply said you sent the tracking number, which is true, but it just ends in Minneapolis. So this is not helpful. Your email said the order is "complete" as if it was supposed to be in my hands. It is not.

Great Product good quality took forever to get here they came from China. I accidentally ordered the lenses backwards. Tried to reach out to to get them fixed never heard back.

These glasses are light and flexible, and the prescription is good. Shipped in a good package too.
What didn’t work so well for me is the frame is a flexible steel, but I can’t bend it to fit my face. One of my ears is lower on one side and I can’t get it bent to sit on the ear on one side.
Also, they don’t have the feathering around the edges to minimize the Coke bottle look. For those two reasons, I gave it four stars.

I ordered glasses from you guys almost 3 weeks ago and the package got suck in the Netherlands on its way from China. I have contacted them and they say that it is still in transit but its been stuck for 2 weeks. I would love for your live chat to actually reply to me and for you to take my issue more seriously. I could have ordered from a website I actually knew and probably should have..

I recently ordered glasses from Abbeglasses and I was thoroughly impressed with my purchase. These glasses are cheap, I thought I'd give it a try. I ordered a pair in November 2023. The glasses came in and I couldn't wear them. I took them to get tested at my local eye clinic and the prescription was off significantly. I've tried getting a replacement, a refund, and received neither. I exchanged several emails with customer service promising to send me not one, but two pairs of glasses. Nothing was sent, so this review is my only recourse. I'd like my money back at least.

I'm always impressed by ABBE eyewear. My son is very hard on his glasses and breaks them, so having affordable glasses is a lifesaver. I've ordered multiple glasses for him and myself, the prescription has always been accurate. I have no-line bifocals and at these prices I can buy a couple pairs plus sunglasses for less than my optometrist charges!

Best eyeglass company I have used for online orders. My items are usually delivered in 10 days or less, items are always as specified as long as YOU the customer gets your details correct when ordering you will be very happy with them. Just make sure your frame measurements are correct and that you have the right IDP and prescription, beyond that you are gold with Abbe!

Eh I updated, been problematic as of late, bad customer service and arse return policy. They mess up and you pay. Cheap but expensive if you keep getting poor quality products you have to return

Right hand Lenz not acceptable..left hand fine..long distance good. Very narrow focus point. Probably throw in bin n never again.

Glasses were very nice quality. Very happy with how I see with them. Seems they did a fine job with the prescription. What surprised me was the speed of delivery. Received them within a week, all the way from China! Not bad at all! I would like for the website to be more specific. It needs to be easier to navigate, such as being able to have a username and password so you can easily look up your account and see how your glasses are progressing in production.
