ABBE Glasses Avis 

I was pleased with the simplicity of ordering my new glasses. When they came in, the quality was excellent. Surprising for an online glasses distributor.

This process was very easy. The glasses arrived within one week of ordering. They were for my daughter, she loved them and they fit perfectly. The glasses were of great quality for the low price. Didn't want to spend a lot on glasses because she is 11 and not responsible with her stuff.

Its pretty nice the frame feels not to heavy

Was not aware company was not US based. Have not received my order that was placed on January 22nd, 2024.

The lens are perfect, but the size of the frames are huge. I know a lot of people are going for the larger frames, but I prefer a smaller frame with less distraction. The order was recieved timely, but I will be purchasing another pair of glasses more to my liking.

The size of glasses is actually little larger than it shown, otherwise excellent quality, great product.
Suggestion: please update your “check order status” page. It is so clogged.

Great glasses they fit perfect i love them

I normally get my glasses online from a different place but found abbeglasses while searching for the best value. I found them while they had an amazing sale going on. Found several amazing frames I adored but settled with two. Ordered them last Monday, paid $18.99 for expedited shipping (1-2 weeks) and they showed up today, not even a week later! My glasses are awesome. The came with free lens cloths. The cases were under a buck and the best I've ever gotten with new glasses. They're magnetically closing. I will absolutely be back for more glasses in the future. Probably a couple weeks when my kids have their eye exams.

I am in Love with my new Abbe Glasses. I have always wanted a pair of cateye frames and now I have them!

They did a great job fast shipping however the case they were in was crushed the frame was slightly bent but was ok straightened out fine no damage to the lens they fit great I can see so no problem

Rx for glasses was incorrect. Hard to know what went wrong. I wish there was a simple process to return or have them fix the Rx.

FINAL STARS UPDATE: BUYER BEWARE Zero if I could, they ended up sending me glasses with damaged frames with lenses I did not order. Instead of correcting this I had to return the glasses for a refund. After Ireturned them they refused to give me my money back and I had to call my bank and have them take the money back from them. First and last order with this b.s company. Whoop-dee-do if other people had good experiences. Mine was horrible and everyone will know. Right out the door they literally messed up my order and added a feature to my glasses I didn't order and charged me for it. They don't answer their phone and their live chat is not live it's fake live chat, they answer whenever they want to. They still have not corrected my order nor refunded me for their error. I will update you as things "progress" but so far not a good experience. Update:They claim they fixed my order and gave me a refund for the feature they added that I did not ask for but I have no proof that they fixed it. Messing up my order, no phone or actual real live chat means repeat business from me is off the table as things are now. If they takes them weeks to manufacture and ship on top of their other nonsense they only have themselves to blame for not have repeat business. I guess they reply on unsuspecting people's one time only orders. They did not correct my order as they claimed, the measurements of the glasses are off and one of the arms of the glasses is loose. I gave them the choice to send me the glasses I actually ordered without a loose arm or refund me and they chose for me to send the glasses back and give me a refund. I am still waiting for them to email me back about another matter which I am sure they will mess with that also, so final stars after that but I am pretty sure it will end up 1 star and an over all horrible regrettable experience.
