The ordering process was very easy. The tracking process was very accurate. The canopy is good material and the color is as in the picture. Customer service is really helpful and answers all questions and is very prompt.

I received the incorrect product but was able to get a refund for it with a good customer service agent.

The product looked decent, it just didn't fit my tent in the bag.

How I discovered ABCCanopy – While driving, I spotted a carwash that had two beautiful white canopies with sides, and cathedral windows. They were so attractive, that I did a U-Turn to go back and get a better look! I was in the market at the time for a tent, as I am a vendor who will be selling in a month. I asked the owner of the tents how they liked the ABCCanopies. (I saw their logo on the tent, that’s how I knew). The tent owner said he has had great success with the tents and they keep his clients out of the rain and warm while they are waiting for their car to get detailed. He even had a nice little couch and heater inside of his. It looked so cozy, that I couldn’t resist. I went ahead and ordered the same exact one. When it arrived, I determined that this was a very easy tent to assemble. It popped right up. The side with the cathedral windows are beautiful. But to my dismay, there were a couple small parts missing that would keep the roof suspended in its highest position. I also noticed the nice canvas bag it came in had a small tear in it. I immediately contacted customer service through their email address and provided pictures. While I was upset at first that there was no 800# to call, I emailed customer support. To my delight, they responded within 12 hours. To solve my predicament, they have offered to send me a brand new one as a replacement. And I just want to add, the original shipment arrived in three days. It was amazing timing, and amazing customer service. I would definitely order from them again!!! Thank you so much for handling my situation this way. The price was really good also!

I got the 10x10 black church tent and I got to say it was super easy to set up and the quality of the canvas that make the walls up is durable and could withstand pretty strong wind. I had an accident as I disassembled it and managed to break some of the supports and when I contacted customer support they simply up just asked for some pictures to check the damage and said they would straight up replace it. This is the easiest most professional customer service I've ever experienced. Absolutely recommend this company and I will be buying from them again.

The ordering process was very easy, and communicating with the design team was great! We ordered a custom canopy and it fit our frame (which we bought from ABC Canopy several years ago) perfectly! We really get noticed now!

I've had many ABC Canopies over the years. Each and every one of them is a quality unit! I receive everything I order and the items are all packed well and easy to assemble. I will always use ABC Canopy!

Great quality , excellent communication

Let me start by the quality of the product is great came in ample amount of time tracking number, etc. since my order they have updated information so you make sure that you get the correct size because there is multiple sizes four or 5 x 8 barbecue gazebo so if I could help you in any shape or form, please read the inside dimensions. Their customer service really needs some work to pay attention to their customers and their needs if something is wrong.

I ordered a tablecloth for my organization and I love it. The process to get exactly what I wanted was easy and they worked with me to match the color and placement. We used it for the first time this past weekend and it looked great!

I ordered a new canopy and found that it didn't fit. I asked ABCCANOPY for a RMA number to return it and they offered to provide a direct refund without my returning the canopy. They have a large selection and I plan to purchase a larger size canopy for my outdoor umbrella as soon as I receive the refund.

I ordered the wrong canopy cover color and emailed customer service for an exchange, with me footing the shipping costs. After some confusion and a little back and forth, they agreed to the exchange. Works for me.

I want to thank ABC for working with me as much as they have on my order. Thanks for the help.

This is now the 3rd canopy that I've purchased from ABC. I ordered it (a 10 x 20) on Thursday and it was on my front doorstep on Monday. Easy to set up and I wouldn't think of purchasing another brand. There are cheaper products out there but they are basically disposable, this one is not.

Hello 👋 the reason I bought the product, because my only daughter got married But the product arrived late, after the wedding. For that reason I no longer need the product. I contacted the company by email to return ⏪ the merchandise but to date I have not received a response. Thank you

Well unfortunately you sent wrong size. I wish I could go back and see for sure the size I ordered. It should have been 8x8. And received 10x10. Don’t worry about it

I reached out to the company to order an additional awning for my canopy. When I finally received pricing information, I was quoted $125 for the awning alone, plus additional customs duties to be paid upfront. I was told there would be a refund method for those duties, but it wasn’t clearly explained whether that meant a cash refund or store credit.

Given the total cost and the uncertainty around reimbursement, the pricing felt high for just the awning. I ultimately decided to purchase an entirely new canopy that included an awning and side walls for $204 (tax included).

It’s hard to understand how an accessory alone is priced at $125 when a full canopy setup costs only slightly more. The product itself is great, but the service experience and lack of clarity around accessory purchases make future add-on purchases less appealing.

Never received the tent or banner I ordered

This is the 2nd canopy from ABC the first is still doing great needed another. Excellent product hence another order
