I ordered this canopy to replace my 3rd replaced canopy for this >12yr old frame we still have. It was delivered fairly quick and went up without a hitch. We were going to scrap the gazebo and buy something new but decided to see if they still carried the canopy covering, which they did. So we're getting another 3 yrs out of this for under $200.

My experience was okay. I think the product is well built and easy to assemble. However my unit came with small holes and wear straight out the bow which was a little upsetting.

Great customer service with quick response. They went above and beyond. Product is great quality and easy installation!

We had some weather that destroyed our canopy top. They are not sold separately on their website. I contacted them to inquire if I could purchase a replacement. The hardware is still in great condition and it would be a waste to just replace the entire canopy structure. Their response was immediate and asked me to provide some photos, which I did. Our correspondence was prompt and efficient. They offered a very good replacement cost and mailed it immediately upon payment. I definitely recommend their company.

I purchased the 10x10 canopy with 1 sidewall from the online store. After setting it up on a slightly windy day (25km gusting to 35km) the canopy was very unstable especially with the sidewall. I packed up the canopy and requested a refund because the quality is not acceptable. The return staff low balled a $35 partial refund and is demanding I setup the canopy again and take videos showing the issues in the wind. In the marketing the canopy withstands 39km wind, that is clearly not true especially with a sidewall. The return staff with go back and forth hoping to make you give up and take the loss.

If you decide to purchase this canopy, only use it on non windy days and buy it from Amazon where you can return it.

The package was shipped in the expected timeframe, there was no damage and the product meets the advertised specifications. One thing I did not expect was that they use 12" extensions to make the 10' ribs into 11' ribs, not a big deal though they were easy to assemble.

We needed a new canvas for our gazebo, I emailed customer service for assistance. They were very helpful with identifying our product and explained how to purchase a replacement. Had our new canvas in a couple weeks.!

My canopy was delivered, bartered and filthy. I’m still waiting for them to return it and send me a clean one, but they’re being a little stubborn. Bad customer service.

This canopy was easy to put together. Everything fit where it was supposed to and the way it looks is nice and sleek. It arrived incredibly quick also.

Screen was damaged from falling tree branches from 60 mph winds. Went online to Master Canopy website and was ecstatic to see that I could order a replacement screen! Received it in less than a week and am so happy! Great product! So well made! Thank you!

The cover came in an instant, fit like a glove and is brighter and more translucent than the original it replaced! Thank you for making a beautiful product.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. I had a faulty product (an umbrella replacement that was the wrong size and had a rip in it), and they never returned my emails or responded to my messages within the chat.
Except now, finally, after my review, they have responded.

Shipping was quick.. I have not installed the canopy yet.. I will review when I do.

I was impressed with the many color options for the replacement canopy for our patio umbrella. My order was delivered before the expected delivery date and the canopy is exactly as described. It’s a perfect fit and seems to be a strong material. I had a few questions and received very timely responses. I do recommend Master Canopy!

This company has the best customer service that I have encountered in a Long Time. Friendly folks with only one priority. Make the customer happy. I needed to replace the cloth canopy cover, when I tried to order a replacement I found out I had ordered the wrong part. These folks stepped up gave me the info I needed to order the right cover and made sure I got on delivered. They had quoted 2-3 weeks, I got it only waiting 1 week. Highly recommend this company and the products they sell.

The shipping was much faster than anticipated, and the canopy tent is high quality and sturdy, allowing me to hang numerous heavy moving blankets from it and use it as a recording booth.
