Have been using Abetta for a few years now & find that all the drivers are friendly and their vehicles are always very clean along with notification as to their arrival time for pick up, whether we're going into London or a hospital or airport.

Efficient service
We were let down by a relative who was taking us to our coach in Barnet. I rang Abettacar and explained we had to be there quickly so not to miss the coach. The driver Sonny arrived at my house and efficiently got us there in time. Thank you for saving our holiday.

Reliable recommended minicab service
In my experience, Abetta provides a reliable minicab service at a fair price. Airport drop off and pick up drivers are prompt, polite and thoughtful. Staff in office are friendly and helpful.

The booking process is the best I have ever used, a confirmation by text and email with all the details you need for pick up and collection. I have never been let down by this wonderful company. I made an over payment by my own mistake in cash and this was handed back to me instantly by the lovely driver. Cannot recommend highly enough and would not use anyone else !!

Another excellent experience
Another excellent experience with Abetta. We changed our collection arrangement which became a bit complicated but the Abetta staff dealt with everything via a lengthy WhatsApp exchange admirably and we were collected by Mohammed on time and had a good calm journey home. Will have no hesitation in using Abetta again ( and again)
