I used Able Surveyors for a survey on a property I'm in the process of purchasing. Their quote was very reasonable, and the communication was very smooth. I received the thorough report the day after the survey took place, which was a fantastic turnaround. The whole process from accepting the quote to report was in under 5 days! I would very much recommend them.

The report produced was clear, easy to read, and thoughtful - offering an overall opinion, a summary of suggested repairs and associated costs to consider, as well as a thorough breakdown of many different aspects of the property, The report is produced with a traffic light rating system (green, yellow, red), which easily allowed my wife and I to understand what was working well, and the potential issues with the property.

As well, the company was easy to communicate with both before and after the survey.
