We are first time buyers so as can imagine we weren’t entirely sure who was best to go to as there are so many company’s out there. From the initial enquiry to quoting stage to finish the entire service has been immaculate and seamless. Within two days they had attended to carry out our survey and sent the report the following morning. The surveyor Dean who attended provided an extremely detailed report which is exactly what we needed. If you want a friendly, fast and reliable service I would highly recommend Able Surveyors !

I Ordered a Level 2 survey and it was 3 working days from first contact to receiving the report. The team were really efficient and the customer service was great! The report was really detailed and easy to understand. In addition, we received a headline survey report on the same day as the survey which was really helpful. Really pleased with the service provided by Abel and our surveyor Ross Magee. I called the Able office to seek some advice prior to booking and the customer service experience was exceptional. That gave me the confidence to book and I'm glad I did. Survey was booked that week and the report returned the following morning. It was incredibly detailed and I appreciated the quantity of photos taken too. Able provided a quote for a L3 survey on my 100 year old home that was significantly below the many others I received. After speaking to their customer service team and now received the finished product I see no reason why anyone should go anywhere else.

We are happy with the suvey also, it seems comprehensive and as thorough as they could be.
