We had a really great experience with Able Surveyors. They were super responsive, efficient - got us booked in ASAP, did the survey and a comprehensive report was sent the next day. They are also very competitively priced compared to larger firms who don't have the same service. I would definitely recommend!

The Level 2 survey was easy to book, promptly carried out and I received the report in very good time at a reasonable price. Communication was great and I was kept informed about the progress along the way. The surveyor was also very helpful in answering queries that arose following the survey.

Could not fault. Quick to come with quote. Quick to inspect the property and Quick to finalise the report. Report is very indepth (not that I know what most of it means) but offered a chat if iv any questions. Great local company to deal with. Highly recommend

I recently had a Level 3 survey carried out by Able Surveyors, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. From start to finish, the process was handled professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail.
The report was well-structured, easy to follow, and highlighted both major concerns and minor issues in a way that was practical. Any questions I had were answered promptly by Ross in a way that was easy to understand, which made the whole experience far less stressful.

Great service from Jack Sullivan. Contacted the company on the Thursday and the next day the survey was carried out and by Saturday Or Sunday I had the full report emailed over. All very detailed with photos of possible potential problems and all very clear for me.

We had a fantastic experience with Able Surveyors. Our surveyor Jack was speedy and thorough, sending the report within 24 hours of the survey. All our additional concerns were included in the booking and addressed.

I came across Jack at Able Surveyors when he conducted a Homebuyers Survey on the property I was selling. I found him to be very thorough and professional, therefore when I recently (finally) found a property I wanted to buy, I contacted Able Surveyors, and requested Jack to undertake a level 3 survey due to the age of the property. I was really pleased with the report, which included estimates for the work that would need to be completed, and an indication of how serious/urgent any defects were. I also had a number of questions post survey, which Jack answered quickly and effectively. Thanks Jack, fully recommended!

hi i am gratefull to dean for what i think was avery good report on a bungalow that i am buying in hullbridge essex i havent moved for 40 years so i didnt know what to expect but on reading the report it seems to cover an awful lot well worth the money i am sorry you got messed about on first appointment ie know keys

I had a very positive experience with Able Surveyors.

They were quick to provide a quote that was broadly in line with other surveyors I had contacted. What stood out was their approach — they simply shared the quote along with the key highlights of their service and invited me to reach out if I had any questions. There was no pressure or repeated follow-up calls to secure the booking, unlike several other surveyors I contacted. This gave me the space to make a decision based on my own judgement.

I booked the RICS Level 2 survey on 24th February, the inspection was carried out on 4th March, and the full report was delivered to my inbox the following morning. The report itself was very detailed and addressed the concerns I had raised.

Throughout the process the team was highly responsive — emails were typically answered within a few hours, which made the whole experience smooth and reassuring. Even after the report was delivered they shared contact details should I have any further questions.

Overall a very professional service and I would happily recommend them.

Amazing experience with Ablesurveyors for an L3 survey. Got a quote very quickly, and everything was very streamlined following payment. The survey was arranged quickly, and I got the report the next morning which was impressive for such level of detail.

The survey was clearly thoroughly done, and they even attached a summary of all the technical terms which was hugely appreciated. The survey report was detailed but also clear to understand. They also provide ample advice for anything wrong found during the survey, and multiple help documents. Couldn't recommend them more.

I got in contact with able surveyors ltd on Friday after needing an urgent Level 3 survey. The survey was booked for Monday and on Tuesday morning I got the report back. The report was well written and very helpful. The price was very competitive. Thank you so much Dean- I highly recommend the company and their services. I booked with Able Surveyors on Sunday, completing the payment on Monday. They booked the survey for Wednesday and received the report the next day.
