They organised the survey in good time and Jack Sullivan's report was produced the next day, prompt response on queries.Would recommend.

Ross Magee was absolutely amazing which is why I am reviewing this company 5*. The level 3 survey I purchased revealed a wide array of issues on my flat which Ross kindly took time to explain to me in depth on multiple occasions. He made himself available and helped me to understand the report in order for me to make sufficient decisions moving on from that point. The level 3 survey itself was very thorough and I think he did a great job of reviewing the property in detail. Given he also went on holiday during this time, Ross still made himself available during an extremely stressful and time restricted period for myself. Ross truly went above and beyond.

I have used Able Surveyors on multiple properties and they are incredible and a pleasure to work with. Jack Sullivan and Dean Davidson reviews have been so thorough. The level 3 report is available within 24 hours and is so detailed. Web post the report the surveyor is very responsive and happy to help with any follow up questions.

Most recently we got a level 3 homebuyers survey from Jack who sent a thorough report just a few days after the survey and made himself available to answer questions on email for anything we didn't understand.

On previous occasions we have also had reports from Dean who also is able to answer questions and is super approachable.

We had a long property process where we were involved with a few properties which didn’t go ahead. We had used other suppliers previously and the service was very slow.

Survey took about two weeks to book in but I then had the level 3 detailed report in my inbox from Jack the same day he completed the survey. Jack has also been really helpful in responding to my queries on the report. Happily recommend.

I had requested a RCIS Survey from Able Surveyors. They were excellent at producing a detailed report of the property quickly. It was great to have photos included in the report making it easier to highlight any areas of concern. I would recommend them to other people as they provide a fast and friendly service.

Their prices for level 3 survey, emails and reports have been very good and i’ve recommended them to my sister who has used them and received the same. They will answer any questions we have and i’m pleased with the service they have provided.
