Very helpful company with polite staff
First of all I'd like to say what amazing shop which in all honesty I didn't know existed till my friend told me about it. I went into the shop slightly lost and didn't know where to look but a young man by the name of Adam didn't hesitate to help me. I left with a shiny new walker and a much better understanding of mobility scooters ready to buy one next month! Hats off to Adam and his colleagues !

The 5* is for Gary at Ableworld Colchester, he came out to finish off the work that had been poorly done, thank you for taking the time to talk and explain what you were doing, you kept clean and tidy and very polite, and even though it took longer than expected you were calm reassuring and nothing was too much trouble, I wish you had fitted the stair lift to start with. Fabulous service & Adam was superb!
I visited the Colchester store and was greeted by a gentleman called Adam. Immediately he made me feel like I was his top priority and was extremely patient and gave me lots of advice. He also delivered the product and was so warming and made me feel so comfortable and looked after! Will definitely be going back to deal with him. The store is also amazing and has something for everyone

Excellent service
I visited the store in Colchester to enquire about power chairs.
One of the assistants named William was extremely helpful and friendly and patiently answered my many questions.
I was given a full demonstration and was even allowed to try the chair out outside so I could experience how it would tackle various surfaces.
I proceeded to purchase the chair and I am really happy with it.
Another thing that impressed me was that William noticed that the footplates were at the wrong level on my manual wheelchair and he adjusted them for me free of charge.
Highly recommended

I really don’t want to give this…
I really don’t want to give this company even 1 star,
Shocking and most awful Service and staff I have ever met.the chair lift is breaking health and safety regs I’m sure.
So very very angry that the safety of my daughter and granddaughter is at risk whenever the chair is used.

Great service
Great service I contacted them on a Saturday as my stairlift had broken down. Gerald came out on Sunday morning and got it working again. They sent out another engineer out on the Tuesday to give it a full service and renew the seat and footplate. I was surprised at the low bill for this as they had gone all out to assist me. This is the first time I have used Ableworld and and will use them again and I would recommend them to every one.

Mixed reactions
Mixed reactions to this particular order. Very helpful lady over the phone in Nantwich; it's always nice to feel someone is listening to your problem – the problem being a rather slow despatch of the item, and the lack of a tracking email from Parcelforce. The product itself is well made and stylish.

Ace In The Pack
I hired
a scooter from the Colchester branch for the weekend, they was a slight issue with the hire but they went above and beyond to resolve the problem and I couldn't have been more happy with the outcome. The staff were friendly and professional and a credit to the company. I could not recommend the company more highly.
