Absolute customer service 👏👏👏
The knowledge and assistance from staff , not pushy in any way and able to guide me very well as to what I needed and also advise other products available without any pressure . Such an easy store to navigate , depending on mobility , equipment available for ease of browsing whether that be a wheelchair , walking aid or just a friendly knowledgeable ear , never used the store before but will be my first port of call should I need something else 👏👏👏

Amazing staff!
We’ve visited both the Nantwich and Crewe stores over the last month for bits for my nana who has recently become more immobile than normal after a fall. The staff in both stores have gone above and beyond for us and have been so kind. Each time we’ve visited the experiences have been so lovely. I would highly recommend these stores to anyone!

Looking for a bath board
Looking for a bath board, l had a choice of 3. Assistant was helpful enabling me to make my choice. Also the price was reasonable. I would definitely use Able world again if l needed anything to help with my arthritis

After visiting five other mobility…
After visiting five other mobility shops in the Blackpool area that day, I stopped for coffee and cake and searched for other options. That was when I found the Blackpool shop.
Adam listened to my need, the scooter needed to go in my car, be able to travel on trains, easy for me to handle with plenty of miles in the battery (35), he suggested, I listened, I tried the Rascal Vista DX, the only thing it didn’t do was 8mph, a small relax on my requirements. The rascal gives me both options in my car and travel with me and on Merseyrail which takes me to, Southport, Chester, Liverpool numerous places.

Walking Stick
Burton on Trent Ableworld.i brought a new Walker a month ago. I wasn’t sure how it folded as I’d tried everything. I took it back and the person in the shop couldn’t have been more helpful. He was polite and helped me so much.m
